I have a problem with AT&T Call Protect

User reports:
No current problems

- Have to rejoin every update I’m not paying for a useless app.

- Still misses all the robocalls, because they’re spoofed CallerID numbers.

- The only option is to Block the number, which is generally pointless as the scammers are not likely to use it again.

- ATT can tell it’s spoofed at their end, but they don’t care, because they’re getting paid.

- The app rarely registers scam calls, and only 10% of the time does it display SPAM RISK when I receive robo calls.

I can not receive voicemails, calls or texts from important people who are not in my contacts list when using call protect

To resolve AT&T Call Protect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AT&T Call Protect App
1. On android, goto Settings » AT&T Call Protect » click [Force Stop]

Clear AT&T Call Protect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AT&T Call Protect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AT&T Call Protect.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AT&T Call Protect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AT&T Call Protect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AT&T Call Protect
