I have just got new hearing aids, and I am trying to use the Bernafone easyconnect-a app, but my phone, samsung s23 will not upload as it says designed for older android, is there a newer version coming out as would like to use my new aids to listen to music from y phone. the normal bernafone app does not seem to allow this.
App will not leave Demo Mode after hearing aids are paired.
Can't get past "Try without hearing aids" mode.
Bernafon was kind enough to send me a new hearing aid when my previous one was lost after a repair. My problem is that The Control app no longer works. It has changed (new screens) and seems to be stuck in demo mode.. Please advise!
I just got an IPhone 13. My Bernafon app Easy Control WILL NOT EXIT demo mode after installation. I have updated to IOS 15.41. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and repeatedly disconnected and paired my hearing aids. I have downloaded the app to my IPad and to my wife's IPhone SE and the app works on those devices. I have contacted Bernafon and have followed their advice as above. No joy. Is it an IPhone 13 glitch or is it only my particular phone?
