Almost every time I try to check my bank account I get an error about validating my information. Not sure what the point is in having a banking app if you can never get in to see your account balance. This is terrible and needs to be fixed if you can fix it then why even have the app. This is the most annoying thing ever to try and check accounts and it not even work. Please fix the app or get remove the app. Not sure why it’s been months since it’s been up and running and a problem like this still has yet to be fixed.

This app is, hands down, the worst app. I have no idea why they took away the old and replaced it with this junk. I repeatedly get errors, whether it be connectivity errors (even when I’m full signal or on WiFi) or verification errors in my identity. This app hardly ever works when I need it to. It’s so frustrating that I’m seriously considering pulling the bank account that I’ve had for five years solely based on the non functionality of this app.

I have not been able to log into my account since Tuesday night. Keeps saying validating information, wouldn’t bother me to much but we are on lockdown and can’t just go into the bank to see what are pending or posted on our accounts. This is when we kind of need to monitor what we have in our account.
