This game is bogus yes he has great graphics years it has a great game play the problem is that they put you against people who spend tons of money and have the highest grade weapons I have the second highest grade weapons and I haven’t spent any money I have play the game like I’m supposed to and build my guy just because I’m over at level 32 then they put me against guys who are higher than at 40s 50s is bull crap how can you compete or play any games when you’re constantly getting killed by people who have better guns in you.??? And instead of playing people against people who have the same kinds of guns they put me in there with people who have the highest rank guns and I just get slaughtered. It’s just another way for them to get you to spend money and I’m not spending money I just play it day have fun and you can have fun when your constantly getting killed?? Huh Guns of Boom. Please tell me. I’ve got the highest grade armor I could absolutely get and when I get killed by a guy then come back alive see his guns laying Erica someone else killed him pick up his gun and start shooting the same guy that just killed me with the same gun well then he turns around and kills me after I shot him all to heck. Just to die after 2 shots!!! Why is this?

My recommendations to fix the game involves a complete overhaul that will probably never happen, but constructive criticism is a good thing, so here are my recommendations to fix the game: Make all weapons free, only unlocked once you've reached the necessary level. No more weapon upgrades. Balance the weapons more so they aren't rendered completely useless upon leveling up. Variety is good in a game. Give players incentive to continue using certain weapons despite what level they are. Make armor upgrades free, unlocked once you've reached the necessary level. This change doesn't render armor useless because certain items have an effect on armor. Gunbucks and gold will only be used to purchase cosmetics, grenades and health packs. If the above changes were made to this game, it would boost it's popularity greatly while also increasing the game's longevity. For players that have already spent real money on the game, give them Gunbucks and gold that they can spend on cosmetics, and offer refunds to those requesting. Chances are a lot of the people who put money into the game probably don't even play anymore, so the payout wouldn't be that much. In the end, it's a small price to pay for the huge profits you can get from this game moving forward. Another option is to double the speed at leveling up upon the purchase of the game at $5. With the mechanics I laid out above, this wouldn't hurt anyone or be a pay 2 win mechanic.

I am a huge fan of first person shooters and up until this one I’ve only played on platforms. I have tried other FPS apps and they are pretty much garbage, however this one has clean graphics, concise controls and an amazing rewards system. I truly enjoy this game more than some of the platform games that I’ve played and it’s the ONLY app I have ever spent money on in my years of having a phone with app access. As much as I enjoy this game however I have one complaint and one recommendation. There are players on the maps that use lag switching, there has to be a way of locating those players and either restricting their access for XX amount of days multiplying per incident or introducing a bot system that targets these players and keeps them busy. My recommendation is being allowed to sell the extra weapons and items you acquire, I personally prefer to use just an AR, shotgun, pistol and knife. I currently have multiple ARs and other weapons I don’t use or need. Getting some extra gun bucks or gold for weapons, skins, and outfit accessories would be amazing. Other than those two things I love this game and would like to congratulate you guys on an awesome game.

This game was once a fun game. Rapidly over the past months the developers have made many changes to the game making it very discouraging and unfair for both ftp and ptw players alike. Virtually everything costs a currency now when they did before. Weekend events used to be fun care free type games that let you try out different weapons. Now Every event is set up to negatively impact your xp and structured to encourage you to spend your currency and real money. On top of that you still have to play constantly because spending money doesn't guarantee squat. Payouts from playing have been reduced to almost nothing now so if you want tokens better spend lots of money. To wrap this up the server often has lag or in game bugs. There's also the possibility for your game to be entirely erased. So if you spent money, that's all gone now. When you try to get support to help you recover it they will take forever to respond. When they finally do they will pretty much ignore anything you tell them about the problem. They will treat you as if you are stupid and give you robotic standard procedure type answers that don't solve anything. Earlier this year I would have been happy to recommend this game to a friend. As of recently I really couldn't do that in good conscience to someone. The developers of this game have become extremely greedy and stopped caring about the players or even making the game fun.

At first the game was great! Again at first...once you play and really get into the game and start upgrading weapons you learn that in order to be competitive in this game especially once you reach level 50 you must either quit you job so that you can put in hours of grinding to attempt to get the mega power weapons of the game, or you must dig out your wallet. With hoes that your wallet has several credit cards. Nothing is cheap in this game. $1100 helmets $600 guns. Let’s be honest. Your not dealing with a $60 console game here. Which I’m saying that. So you decide to dump lots of money into the game only to be mowed down by the hack users. As well as be careful cuz if you read the fine print “you are only renting everything in the game from not just the guns but the entire account. There aren’t a couple hack users. The game is over run by them. For months daily players have made complaints to the developers of the game with no forward progress. The devs have gotten too money hungry and haven’t kept the game in mind. Why try to use an AR that takes several rounds to defeat and enemy when u can use a sniper rifle from across the map and kill in 2 shots. The game is turning into a sniper game. The over powered snipers rifles are ruining the game.

I have been playing this game for a while but lately I started to notice a lot of more bots, usually every time I play I always outmatched 3 players against 4 even though supposedly we are 4 during the match always a player disappears, I don’t mind but for those who likes to keep their stats high you’ll be disappointed, you shoot your enemies sometimes using all your magazines and don’t do any damage even my explosives don’t work at all I assume I’m playing against bots because when I’m in the receiving end I get kill with one shot, the game used to be ok not now , it used to be competitive and fun I even used to pay the $9.99 for every season but not anymore is becoming bored and predictable which is not worth the money I still play it but I’m not buying into it anymore, just be careful when you start to pay you’ll end it up playing with more bots and you’ll be very disappointed if you like to keep your stats up, just have fun and don’t expect much. Does anybody have experience a lag on this game for the last couple of weeks? It’s getting pretty bad , the reality is that the developers are doing it on purpose, if you want people to spend money just change for the game and those players like me that have spent money on your game buying here and there just give us our money back end of the problem but stop lagging the game on purpose.

Hands down THE best game I’ve ever downloaded since the dawn of the first gaming app!!! The action is competitive and addictive. Strategy and saving/spending shapes how well you’re able to create your profile player (so be smart about it). In order to further your weapon upgrade on weapons that have a high damage count, you’ll have to spend gold once your current weapon upgrade is at about 3/5, or thereabouts. Love the daily challenges and all the free shwag you get for completing said challenges or watching ads. The only annoying thing is getting put on a team that’s up against an opposing team that’s comprised of players with way higher rankings than you. You lose trophies off the rip because no way you’ll ever earn a victory. Oh, and being added to a team that’s already been in play for a minute or so and your “new team” is down by roughly 150 points. Not too sure who’s in charge of that matching algorithm, but yikes does it need to be reworked. But that’s nothing in comparison to just how awesome this game is. Thank you for putting out such an awesome game! Y’all rock!

I have problem with this game.. I start playing in last 2016 .. I creat nd did strong account I paid 600$+ in someday I got poured because my clan destroyed and my friends quit I did mistake and try to sale my account I don’t know it’s illegal and you not write it’s illegal so I got ban for ever from my first mistake with out any mercy from guns of boom company and supports.. I forget this account nd play in my other account with my friends in first clan again nd keeps calm .. I will show you for what guns of boom not have justice .. some player he’s name #bulut baba he’s was the top player in trophies with us wing cheating he ban more then one time until he got for ever ban .. same me!! But before 3 days he got unban back Nd I still banned ... so where’s the rules where’s the fair .. plus I tryin to connect with guns of boom suport in discord Nd Facebook they blocked me every where... Nd holy moly support of guns of boom she told me before 2 months .. rules is rules on all players we cannot broke company rules ban for ever = never unban so.. how come you unban him .. not telling me it’s different case .. he got ban for ever Nd I got ban for ever .. you should to write about ur company very well in trems to make people’s take care from you I want answer for my words please.. you have to unban my account or ban him back . Pretty much just another run of the mill FPS. Overall it’s not bad, but I don’t see a thing that makes it stand out either. After only 20 matches I’m already bored with it.

Like many games in this genre, you’re thrown into timed matches with random teammates and whoever gets the most kills wins. Sometimes the game is already in progress, sometimes its just starting.

Not much strategy to it. Mostly just running around till you encounter an enemy, then, typically, you empty your mags into each other’s faces till one of you is dead. You can get away with that usually once or twice before you’re toast. Then respawn and repeat. Eventually you’ll encounter a player with way better gear that you’ll barely scratch while he takes you out with just a couple shots. Hence the ever lasting grind for upgrades. Grind for points to level up and unlock better guns and armor. Grind for funds to buy and upgrade the better stuff. Or you can pay through the nose for coin to save some time. At just level 5 it’s looking like a $30-40 USD investment to acquire a just one moderately improved assault rifle. I could see this thing easily sucking hundreds of dollars from the wallet of a die hard player.

I really enjoy playing this game, im a level 42. Ived spent a lot of money on this game. I don’t play the events too much because of time. When i do come back and play though, theres always newer and better guns. Thats besides my point though. I always get thrown into matches with level 50’s whom seem to play the game as if it were their job. Some times i have good games and some times i don’t. I can rely on my guns ived bought (incinerator and cerberus). Please consider giving us the old gun layout and not these different classes where we have to spend money and gold on buying classes and having to buy more guns because we cant fit em all in one class like it used to be. Please fix the match setup as well. Ived tried supporting the game ever since it first started to blow up on GunsofBoom store. Ived bought all the in game purchases as long with a lot of gold to boost my experience in the game. Still a 5 star because of how great the game is. Just please consider the same request a lot of us are making.

The game is rigged in favour of shotguns so 80% of people I play against spam with shotguns. Shotguns are unfairly overpowered, their firerate is stupidly generous, they give you a speed boost so you can swerve and dodge the bullets at close range while at the same time you can scuttle away to safety like a cockroach when you’re outgunned. What’s most bizarre is that even despite their supposed low accuracy it doesn’t seem to be affecting your hits. I maxed out my rifle and while all weapon types give more or less equal nominal top damage there’s just no way to beat shotgun wielders because one body hit from a shotgun gives more than 5 times the hit to the head from a rifle with similar damage of around 2500 so on average you can kill someone with two shotgun hits but if you use a rifle you need to pummel at least 20 hits into someone and hope they all land in the upper body area for maximum damage and it takes only 2 seconds to fire a shotgun twice all the while you acrobatically hop around, while a rifle would take 5-10 seconds to discharge ~20 rounds and you need to stand steadfast to control the spraying. It’s a farce. And my rifle is supposedly good in close combat, too. Year, right!

This game, in and of itself, is a lot of fun and a great FPS. Very easy to pick up and learn, with features that make it accessible to everyone. You can definitely get by as a F2P player without spending real $ - just focus on daily missions and save your gold for important guns like Berserker. Map layouts and art stylings are great, and devs always seem to be adding new things. The one problem (which is why I can’t give this game 5 stars) is the same one that plagues most games like this. The cheaters make this game way less fun (and quite frustrating) at times. You can go from playing in a really competitive and balanced game to getting utterly destroyed by people who have the same (if not worse) gear. And when you look at these players’ profiles and see their K:D is over 10 yet their Win/Loss ratio is less than 1, it’s kind of obvious somebody isn’t playing fair. And the devs don’t seem to care, as you get no response from the reporting tools. So if you can look past the cheating and simply enjoy the game, it’s truly fantastic.

So to get ahead in this game you can spend real money. (you know the stuff you work hard for to pay for goods and services in the real physical world) to upgrade your weapons and armor (virtual items that don’t exist in the real world) For a short while you do better than those who didn’t spend money. Then your opponents spend real money and now the developer has your money and your opponents money. BUT now neither you or your opponent have an advantage. Your even again. That is until you pay more money to have even stronger weapons and armor. For a short while you have an advantage. Soon your opponent upgrades his weapons and armor and once again the developer gets richer while you and your opponents now are evenly matched again. There are people spending hundreds of dollars chasing. this false sense of superiority. Can you imagine collecting real money from people for things that only exist in a virtual world.
This game is wonderful. The scam is pure evil. The only winner here is the weapons dealer. This developer deserves to be paid because they created a good game but this intentional scam is not the right way.

this game is just simply incredible! i am really bad at alot of games on iphone that require moving and looking, so i generally stick to building or turn based style rpgs. this game however, is so simple that even i can do good. the controls r easy and beginner friendly, its very easy to become good at the game, easy to get the hang of, has good character progression, perks, weapons and armor is all awesome. the reward system is reasonable, u can get really good gear without having to pay real money, although u can of u choose to. this game, unlike almost any game, is NOT pay to win type. with a bit of grinding and honest effort and some hard work, u can obtain and upgrade good gear, as well as choosing the gear that best suits your own personal play style. there is no one certai. way that is better than any other, which truly allows for freedom and creativity so u can be unique. best FPS and multiplayer game ive ever played on any mobile device, as well as even just one of the best games ive ever play in any category on a mobile. 😆

It was fun in the beginning but now it just frustrates the f out of you! Matchmaking in this game is ridiculous. Only time you will ever have fun in this game is in the early stages of leveling up, level 34 and up you have to pay to win or hack the game! And I can’t believe on how many people hack this game! They say they tweak the game to make it more balance, HA! I laugh at that comment! They mess with the game with their updates which forces you to change your gameplay. They match you with people 10 levels ahead of you and if you don’t have any of the top guns in this game, you can forget ever winning! I can keep going on and on, on how unfair this game is but go ahead and try it and see for yourself. I would rate this a 5 Star but until they fix the matchmaking and actually do something about the hackers it will remain a 3 Star, and all honesty I want to rate it a 1 Star but I have to say it is a fun game! Just wish they would actually listen to the users about all the problems in the game but they never do! So at this point, I don’t see myself playing this everyday like I use to because I don’t find playing it fun anymore.

I have been for awhile now, gameplay is smooth and without any lag issues. Support is helpful and prompt if you have issues. The best feature about this game is the ability to lvl your armor/weapons, change the appearance of your character, and play in group battles with your other clan-mates. A downside, players might have an issue with the prices for weapons and armor being considerably high. It can take you awhile to save up for items you want most. Which can tempt players to buy boosted experience/gamebucks or gold to purchase weapons/armor. I personally don’t see it being a problem because you can achieve that by grinding.
Besides, purchasing all the top gear defeats the purpose and fun of earning it.

**Feedback**
If possible, there are a few ideas that I would like to see in the future upgrade patches to the game. The following is listed below:

1. Armor Modification- ability to mod/ customize your armor with boost stats or effects.

2. Mask and Leg Armor Upgrade- ability to lvl your leg and mask armor.

3. Weapon Modification- ability to have weapon attachment effects, range, or damage.

4. Clan Name/Tag Editing - Clan Leaders have the ability to change their clan name or tag. Currently clan leaders do not have that ability in the editing screen.

5. League Attributes- Each league having bonus materials such as gold or gamebucks.

6. Tournament Mode- Clans or Individual players can compete for a prize making the top three.

Let me say first that this is a very fun well laid out game that is very addictive. I never had any lag issues on my iPad Pro. The game starts off pretty balanced with everyone mostly using guns the game provides or are easily attainable grinding. After a couple hours of game play they open up guns that you can buy with real money (10 to20 bucks). I enjoyed the game so I bought one for 20 bucks. I used an assault rifle so don’t buy the BS people spew saying shotguns are the only way to go. What you don’t realize is you have to keep spending money to upgrade it as you progress. I think I spent 30 bucks on the Anaconda. As you hit level 34 or a day or so in game play they offer you the end game guns that cost 43 bucks each (you can have 4 different @ 43 bucks each). Once you hit level 39 you will need one and some players have all of them. When you do hit 39 really the only way to play competitively is to join a clan and use GunsofBoom discord to talk to each other or get farmed by groups that do. It is disappointing you can’t play this game casually past 39 and not have to play clan groups.

I started playing this game a few years ago and it was fun. I stopped for awhile but recently I’ve started playing again and it has been fun....that is until I reached level 27. I consider myself a decent player but once I it level 27, I have been struggling consistently. When I checked other players I’ve been playing against was between levels 30-41. Obviously one cannot expect to keep up with players at much higher level. The weapons are way too powerful for lower level players to keep up with. The room level placement needs to be greatly adjusted to make thing more fair. Looks like I’ll won’t be playing for awhile again.

My advice to new or potential players...play and enjoy this game at a lower level. Once you get to a anything near, level 25+, either quick and create new account or grind, keep getting nuked and be prepared to RAGE.

I seriously doubt the developers will read this review or do anything about it. Developers usually make excuses as long as the only keeps rolling in. Oh well. This is just my opinion on the game.

I’m kind of addicted to this game even though I’m thinking about quitting it. Everything about this game is really amazing. Only one problem, it’s incredibly unbalanced. You might have 7 players all about the same level and then there’s one guy who out scores everyone else combined. It seems to get worse as you rank up. It started out everyone was on the same level. Then people said oh if I spend so me money I’ll get good guns and if I spend a lot of money lol get great guns. It’s not much fun when one guy has a gun so bada$$ that he gets one shot and I’m toast meanwhile I can sneak up behind him and unload a magazine and he’s hardly even phased. If I had to guess, the programmers want me to get so frustrated that I will go out and spend a lot of money to get the good guns. I wouldn’t mind spending a couple of bucks on this game because it is awesome but it’s going to take more than a couple bucks to get the good guns. Typically, I’m a grinder. I’ll work my way up. I hate games like this that basically makes it so that the jerk spending the most money is gonna win. I don’t expect it to be an even playing field between those who buy guns and those who don’t. I just want it to be a little more balanced.

I LOVE Guns of Boom! The controls are simple and easy to learn, the maps are cool and fun to explore, and there are so many weapons and items to choose from! Of course, this is one of the games I rage a bit on but that means it’s good and competitive! I never bought an item with real money but the prices on them actually aren’t that bad! You get many boxes and many chances to get cool items that are fun to use and need! Of course, there are a few things I would like to see in the game. So far it only gives you the choice to have a male avatar. I’m a female so it’s kind of weird having to play a male over and over again. Also, I would like to customize my character instead of having some already made for me to choose from. There are quite a few to choose from but I would like to get creative. I also do kind of wish for a global chat too. This is a great game and I hope for great updates in the future!
