Issue inputting social security number in application to begin investing. They’ve continued to charge me, but I cannot invest. I’m a US citizen born in the US and living in the US with an unrestricted, normal SSN. I’ve not sent four emails and no one responds.

How to fix Ellevest app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ellevest app on iPhone
Update Ellevest app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ellevest iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ellevest on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ellevest network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ellevest Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ellevest not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ellevest App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ellevest » click [Force Stop]

Update Ellevest to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ellevest App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ellevest » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ellevest.

Fix Ellevest unable to contact server/ Ellevest internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ellevest » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ellevest » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
