I have an iPhone 6s and I have T-Mobile as my service. I download DSX and it shows up on my home screen but it does not show up in my list of house available to use with cellular service so therefore I cannot leave the property and use DSX unless I find a Wi-Fi spot and connect which defeats the purpose I need DSX to work with my cellular data so I can access the system. We tried it on multiple phones and it works on everything except for a T-Mobile iPhone anyone with a T-Mobile iPhone and we tried three could not get DSX to download correctly it does not show up in cellular service on any of those phones. Outdated just like everything related to this app. Upgraded our software to use DSX and it’s not really that useful.
DSX does not work with iOS 15. At this point, DSX has been pretty much reliable. After the update of the operating system, it will not unlock any of our doors.
