Does not work

I have an iPhone 6s and I have T-Mobile as my service. I download the app and it shows up on my home screen but it does not show up in my list of house available to use with cellular service so therefore I cannot leave the property and use the app unless I find a Wi-Fi spot and connect which defeats the purpose I need the app to work with my cellular data so I can access the system. We tried it on multiple phones and it works on everything except for a T-Mobile iPhone anyone with a T-Mobile iPhone and we tried three could not get the app to download correctly it does not show up in cellular service on any of those phones. Outdated just like everything related to DSX. Upgraded our software to use the app and it’s not really that useful.
Desperately needs an update for iOS 15

This app does not work with iOS 15. At this point, the app has been pretty much reliable. After the update of the operating system, it will not unlock any of our doors.
