How to fix Cupshe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cupshe app on iPhone
Update Cupshe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cupshe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cupshe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cupshe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cupshe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cupshe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cupshe App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cupshe » click [Force Stop]

Update Cupshe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cupshe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cupshe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cupshe.

Fix Cupshe unable to contact server/ Cupshe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cupshe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cupshe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cupshe
