I have a problem with ZeTime

User reports:
No current problems

- Inability to respond to text messages, except for preset responses

- Heart rate monitor may not work properly while running and may be inaccurate even when holding still

- Not all options are enabled with iOS

- Touch screen may not be accurate with protective glass screen accessory

- Can't show activity features when uploading an image as the watch face and won't show numbers for time.

HI, EVERYTHING WORKS CORRECTLY,EXCEPT THE MINUTE MECHANICAL HAND WITCH STOPPED SUDDENLY 3 MONTHS AGO.IT DOES NOT START EVEN WITH A RESET!!!

To resolve ZeTime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ZeTime App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZeTime » click [Force Stop]

Clear ZeTime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZeTime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZeTime.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZeTime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZeTime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZeTime
