Unable to download the app. Hardware has arrived. App store via starlink account, says my Android device is not compatible with this version. I'm operation version 10, updated November 2022. I've removed/ refreshed cache and data from Play Store app.. Now being booked for first month of internet and Bieber still not able to connect to it and nowhere at starlink help addresses this. I need to speak with someone in billing!! I originally ordered Starlink residential. I received notice that it was ready to ship. I no longer needed it, as I now live in an RV and wanted to order the RV mobility package. I canceled the original order and ordered the RV package. Now it appears I am being charged for both. How do I resolve this??
I posted about being unable to login with the Android app. The issue was caused by my default browser, Brave, which was disallowing the login dialog. Switching back to Chrome browser allowed the login dialog to properly display.
Android WiFi is connected to SL router. Android cellular data is disabled. Throughput is good. When I start the Starlink app (v2022.13.2), Statistics and Network are greyed-out. Pressing on the person icon (upper-left) brings up the Sign In page and seems to redirect to api.starlink.com, then to auth.starlink.com. The sign in dialog shows (enter email, password), but disappears in less than half a second and I'm left with the title "SIGN IN" and a button at the bottom "SIGN IN". Pressing the button repeats the process, beginning with api.starlink.com and ending with the blank SIGN IN page.

I hooked up Starlink, and it worked well for one day. The next day it wouldn't get past trying to connect. It was like it was in an endless loop. I power-booted the system 5 different times. It is still in the endless loop. It seems someone would know exactly what I am talking about and have a fix for it.
Starlink has been flawless for the past 3 months then 5 days ago there has been a lot of buffering. Check the app for the connection and it's good but the speed keeps fluctuating between high 200's mbs to 10 or 15 mbs and lots of buffering. Had to unplug my Alexa because it kept repeating " sorry there is a problem " every 2 seconds and was driving me nuts 🙃... anyway anybody else having this problem

I am using OOma phone with starlink but I Keep loosing audio it does not disconnect just my audio goes off for about 30 seconds. I have talked to Tech support at OOma numerous times and they advise Jitter is too high on my system after doing numerous speed tests it shows jitter at 12 to 17 and they say it needs to be around 5 or lower. This has always been a problem since I switched to Starlink. Can you rectify? Thanks
Had starlink from 2020 no problems, loss internet 2 days cant send message from my app to get support. Reboot and it searches then solid red light. Reset to factory settings same thing. Trying to get ahold of support to fix problem and yes the pay is paid thank you
We found a spot that the app said was good, but we still don’t get a good signal, and can’t connect.
I signed up last February and money was taken out of account but never got confirmation. People in our area are receiving equipment and we have tried unsuccessful to have someone help so I signed up again a few days ago. Two questions: 1) I would like to change my wifi name. How can I do that? 2) The download speed is great, but the upload is approx 8-9mps. Is that the standard or is there a way to increase it, even slightly. Loving the system so for though!! Thanks all Starlink people.
I just received the Starlink equipment. We set it up as per the instructions. The rectangular dish seems to lock on but I am not able to connect to the internet. Tried 2 different computers and 2 different cell phones. Help!!
