Tons of lagging, choosing a date is tedious because instead of just choosing a doctor and seeing a list of their availability you have to scroll through each and every day to see if someone’s available. There has to be a better way. Also, when you’re in the waiting room and you’re the next patient to be seen if someone’s running behind I don’t see why we can’t get a notification when the provider is coming into the room. I’m on my phone of course I’m gonna be doing other things and that helps me to be patient. Also, it would be nice to be able to screen share certain information with the provider while in session. Lastly, it takes way too long to resolve issues with Customer Service. The reps are wonderful, but they are not empowered to be able to solve issues that are time sensitive. As a result, this has me pursuing and looking into other platforms for my continuum of care. At this point, I would not recommend myVisitNow.

“Was” being the key word. I used to have no problems with it and now I am constantly getting service not available errors and “inability to contact insurance” problems that have cost me money or missed visits. It’s MVP’s own app and yet it can’t connect to itself?

Sessions end abAbruptly. You were warned you have one minute left and 10 seconds later you’re cut off. Today the technology worked which was great.

Had I not been able to use myVisitNow I would have had to expend a couple hours of my day going to the doctor's office.

I will surely use this service again.

I used the telemedicine app today for the first time. It was nice and quick. So much faster than an “in face at office” appointment.

May have saved me from an ER visit after recent hospitalization and new symptoms: doc gave very clear instructions on what indications may call for me to go to ER.

This service is extremely valuable. I did not need to leave home to seek medical advice. My concerns were addressed and the doctor was very knowledgeable.

Loved being able to contact urgent care right away and get the help I desperately needed for a better cost.

Appreciate telemed service. Always my first option when appropriate.

I absolutely love MVP and the MVP APP for being able to consult with a Doctor over the phone. Last night a came down with a case of Gout in my left knee. Barely slept and in much pain. If it was not for my MVP App I would of had to traveled to a Urgent Care, waited in a lobby for who knows how long and possibly missed the pharmacy hours. The Doctors that have helped me have ALL been AMAZING, CARING and PROFESSIONAL! I am a School Resource Officer in Rochester NY which requires me to walk 2-High Schools and 2-Middle Schools where I average walking 6-7 miles a day minimum. So you can imagine how tomorrow would of been without MVP and the Doctors from the phone APP . Thank You all so much ! Sincerely Todd Gumaer

Convenience is everything when you are strapped for time, and being able to accomplish this stuff online is so so amazingly convenient!! Thank you!

Dr. Baling was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with her responses. I feel much better after having visited with her, and very highly recommend her.

Using myVisitNow was simple and straightforward. Directions were clean and helpful. Visit with provider went smoothly. Saved me a trip to urgent care, didn’t have to be around others germs or wait while quite uncomfortable (UTI) in a crowded waiting room.

I chose to do an online visit for ear pain I’m having because I was exposed to my friend who’s father has Covid-19. My doctor I got was really friendly and prescribed me some drop for my ear. It was quick and easy. Thank you to all the doctors and to MVP for having this as an option.

I know I put very convenient as my title but myVisitNow is so much more than that. I was able to pick the person I wanted to talk to and she turned out to be great. She has provided many helpful suggestions and she has plenty of wisdom and experience. I only wished I'd started using this service long ago.

I tried calling my doctor’s office but couldn’t get through after several attempts. This process was new and a little odd at first but you get connected right away and have a meaningful conversation with a doctor. Kind of amazing especially when you don’t feel well and don’t want to sit in a waiting room full of people who may be sicker than you. Grateful for this option!

I love myVisitNow and how easy and fast you can set up an appointment with any kind of doctor you need. I’m so lucky they had Dr. Syed. She was amazing, knowledgeable, experienced, kind and not judgmental. She actually even had experience in the field I was having some issues with so I felt this was a perfect match for me. She really understood what I was going through. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Great doctor and great app. And I love that we can set everything up quickly from the comfort of your home.

I’m out of town and wasn’t sure if I should head to an urgent care clinic. Great way to get a consultation without the wait!
