Great Routine

I love this program, I’m not a CrossFiter but I do work out and play sports and this is the only stretching routine I can stick with. I love the length of the videos and the length of the poses. My flexibility was nonexistent before I started and after a few months of doing the program I could see a huge difference. I’m a pretty average person, you do not have to be a crazy athlete to use this program and to enjoy the benefits of stretching.

Inner Energy Flowing Again

Within just a few days of starting the program I could feel the energy flowing through me more freely, which in turn help me to feel better overall. I absolutely love this the program and I feel stronger and healthier every day that I do it. It has become part of my daily meditations and I absolutely love the sleep pathway, it has really helped improve how much I sleep and how well I sleep.

Great app for improving flexibility

I love this app, and it just got better. The new (beta) mobility assessment is a excellent for figuring out where you need to focus. The WOD is a must, but then you can add “paths” to focus on specific areas. I like the vocal guidance provided and the focus on breathing. Very calming. And if you want to make it even better, make sure to get one of the ROMWOD mats. It has perfect padding and is large enough to do all the movements without falling off it.
