We have been dealing a login issue on our this app account for 4 days. We are not able to login, keep getting an error message. We called this app, they stated that some users are having issues and that we would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours regarding repair status. We never received an email so followed up 2 days in a row...was told again that we would need to wait another 24 hours for a status update. Now here we are at day 4 and still can not login and have no access to our account or funds. I was a huge fan of this app and the this app Coin feature, but this lack of technical response has me concerned....customer service is not even able to process a manual transfer.

I had to request my card to be sent THREE TIMES. After nearly two months of waiting for the card to come in, I called to activate it. My security question answer did not match. It seems like there was a glitch in the scroll down for that because they said my answer didn’t appear to be a “pet’s name”. There is NO WAY to go online and change or look at your security question. I need my money in that account. My direct deposit has already been set up to it. They advertise that instant transferring to a bank account is possible, but it has taken 4 days each time to transfer. I asked them how on the phone. This is a GENERIC QUESTION. They refused to answer it because I could not answer the security question. They said it will be up to 48 hours before someone gets in contact with me. They should offer a way to go online and look at this information like ANY DECENT BANKING APP available. Also, the employee gave me a fake name so I could not report him for not answering a generic question about how MOVO works. Needless to say, I will be closing my account and not doing business with them anymore.

I cannot say enough about how awful this company is.

Y’all. Do not do it. There are other banks that offer similar solutions to this. Don’t give your time to this company. They are predatory and evil.

As other reviews say, the customer service is abominable. Outstandingly awful. I used this for a professional solution in a tight spot while traveling for work. Once, at a gas station, the card was declined, and I had to call to unlock it again. I ended up at that gas station for an hour with 7 of my colleagues waiting for me as the bank ran security checks and asked for a pin that I never set up.

It only took me 4 months to close the account. Each time I called the representative would give me a different answer on what they could do, like whether they could send me a check for the remaining balance or not.

Do not believe them. Do not download MOVO. They should be put out of business. I’m surprised we even got the money that was left in our account.

I have MOVO and have used this app, as an online banking user they have a fairly good app an interface that is easy to use. I had some charges that were not done by myself and I had tried customer service and I had a difficult time getting them to do anything as far as communication wise and I was trying to contact them during the day. I was never able to get to talk to a person. After the last time I had a charge that was not mine and not able to get the money recovered or talk to someone regarding the issue I just stopped using them.

this app definitely is the one stop banking solution that fits all banking needs. From simple loading of funds to direct deposits as well as integrated solutions for New standards of currency such as bitcoins and crypto currencies. this app has the solution to make bill payments as easy as 123. I have never experienced any issues when it comes to customer service resolution whether I am corresponding via email or with a live person. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app cash card! Today I wanted to order something off Instagram and because I have been scammed before, especially from ordering on social media stores, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a cash card from this app (for a mere $2.99). I named it “online shopping” and put the exact amount the site told me I would be charged, ran my new cash card number, and confirmed the purchase. Just as I suspected, it declined because of extra charges that are tacked on to online sales so many times, undetected by consumers because we use credit cards with unlimited funds! Not to mention product clubs “joined” where monthly charges of hundreds of dollars can be taken out because of the deceitful verbiage undetected by the consumer when ordering products conveniently online (shamefully, I speak from experience). Thank you this app for a solution to online shopping safely and scam free!!!! That $2.99 reloadable cash card will save me thousands of dollars on future purchases!!!!

I sell online through marketplaces and auction sites and use my this app multiple times daily, as a banking and checking account to transfer my balance to and from. As well as an everyday debit card, and if I need to put extra cash on it I can load that (usually for free...) and send and receive money not just from other this app accounts or anyone with a valid internet/app capable phone number but to and from bank accounts and pretty much anything. this app gives me the same feeling as when I cut the cord with cable, as I was able to consolidate everything I do with online banking and transfers etc. into one easy to use app. Not to mention all the things I’ve never even used that this app and their app are capable of... MOVO itself is aces, constantly updating the User Interface and not once have I ever had any issues with glitches or lag, nothing. I highly recommend using MOVO!

I have been using this app cash since the inception, 1 year ago and can’t imagine anyone giving it a rating of less than a 5.
My favorite part is being able to “send money“
Because unlike other send money apps, the funds are available within 10 seconds . When my friends and I go out one person pays the bill and the rest of us send our part of the bill, with this app. But the real secret sauce is this app coin in which you can create a digital Visa card right on your phone for the exact amount of purchase, making it impossible to steal your credit card number especially when purchasing anything on line.

First off, this app customer Service is absolutely outstanding, I have tried a lot of different Banks like this that always fail Miserably when it comes to customer service. this app is always there when I need them and help me with whatever I need.
I had some unauthorized charges on my account and it took less then 9 minutes to get it all handled and off the phone. You can’t get that with Chase, Wells Fargo, or any Bank that I know of. But You CAN AT this app.

You can also create a Visual Card for individual stores to so they never have your Physical card number. Once you use the virtual card at a store it is no longer valid... that right there is absolutely, positively, without a doubt a Stellar Feature.

My advice to anyone thinking of trying a mobile app bank is go with this app you will not be disappointed at all. Tell your family, tell your friends.

I highly recommend this app CASH. You can’t go wrong at all. Give them a try and you will change banks forever... in the words of this app

I used them initially to pay for a Rolex where the buyer ended up trying to run with the money and screwing me over. Eric the CEO and his team responded quicker than any other banking app I’ve ever used and worked hard to make sure my money was returned to me. Unlike CashApp or others that tell you “oh well you have to take it up with the buyer” which is BS. As a customer though, you have to remember to act swiftly when you notice something is wrong, not 2-5 days later. Thank you Eric and your awesome team!!!!!

Love the new features! Keep up the great work you’re doing on MOVO . The ability to reload a CASH Card is HUGE!!! Also, I like the ability to add a name for the card. It helps me to keep the CASH Cards organized.

Update: The more I use the CASH Cards, the more I love them. I think the idea is BRILLIANT! I can use it to secure my primary account when making online purchases, create separate accounts for things that I want to save up for, and I can create a CASH Card to give to my kid that he can out in his Apple Pay wallet. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!

By far the best Digital Cash product out there!!! Immediate cash available after p to p transfers without using a bank!!!! No waiting at all. Love the this app cash cards you personally spin up & use online or for a one time purchase. The best feature would be to help deter identity theft...especially using the cash cards! I have been using this app for several months and I am always impressed at how much it can do and how easy it is to use. If online banking were invented today, this is how it would work. You have as many options as full service banks, with even more security and flexibility. I use this account all over the world, especially Asia, and it works everywhere.

I have to say that so far, this app has been amazing. The features are great, especially the ability to generate virtual 16 digit prepaid card numbers so I don't have to put my actual debit card number into websites all over the Internet when making purchases. The integration with Apple Pay was seamless and the Customer Support is better than any other bank or debit card app I've ever used. I highly recommend this app Cash.

If you’re looking to step your personal financing game up, this app is for you. You can dive deep into MOVO with all its different capabilities like creating cash cards, converting bitcoin into cash, and basic stuff like p2p transactions and setting up direct deposit. I have yet to see another app that offers the many different functions MOVO does. I am happy I found it!
