I’m into my 2nd years subscription and have been happy with the app except longer videos transfer VERY slow! However, a couple days ago I opened the app and hundreds of photos & videos gone ! Says empty in both sections ! I have a lot of valuable business & personal information there ! Support not responding; says mail full or too many calls coming in ! I’ve tried resending help mail ! Same ! My photos are now reloading one by one slowly when app open but no only one video ! I had hundreds photos & videos! Help me please ! Apparently, the system crashed or something, and they got flooded with calls ! My subscription good to Sept and I had app on auto backup !

Hi, I've been a premium customer for Secret Photo Album since August 2021 and the app worked great. Until 2 days ago, when I opened the app and noticed I lost over 200 photos. They are gone! I've tried contacting the support and nobody is answering me. Can anyone help me?

I have a paid six month subscription. Yesterday I entered my password incorrectly and then it offered me the option to reset with my email. I have a number of emails and inadvertently used one that was not linked to the account. The app re-set itself and offered me a new subscription and deleted my entire vault of private photos. When I tried to download again it just keeps on offering me a new subscription - whilst my current subscription is still valid till the 15th of May. I have a photo to proof two subscriptions of the same app in the Manage Subscription Page of my Account with the AppStore. So frustrating. Are you able to help? And how should I contact you?

So on my previous iPhone 6 I was able to use the app without any problems. I was really happy with the app and how it worked. However I just upgraded to the iPhone 8 and reinstalled the app. After I put in my correct 4 digit pin I could see the photo screen load. However a ad pops up over my photos telling me that I have to get the premium app in order to access my photos. There is a restore button on the top right but when I press it, it starts to load and then the ad returns. The only way to get out the ad is to press “upgrade” and put in my info. I will not be upgrading at all I will just use another free photo app.

I never write reviews but I’m writing this in hopes of getting answers to my problem. I loved this app worked great. I had lots of photos on there and videos that meant a lot to me but then I broke my phone. Completely fine because I got a new phone but when I got my new phone it said I had to pay for premium so I couldn’t access my pictures. Which is very upsetting to me. So then I was going to buy the premium and the cancel it just for my photos but then it updated and let me and my photos are gone! I want those back. So someone better tell me how tf to fix that!
