This is my fourth attempt at telling you the exact same thing. I have pictures on the cloud but they will not download to my phone. This happens about every 3 to 6 months and I’m so sick of your service. Please help. The automatic generated codes are always incorrect
I have been contacting you on a regular basis for weeks now. Nobody will help me. I get a confirmation code automatically sent to me, but when I get into the app, it just tells me that it’s an incorrect code. I have stuff in the cloud, but cannot retrieve my photos.
The app opens to a blue screen and freezes.
