App will not allow me to add items to my order. The page is there for about a second then disappears
When ordering using the app (iPhone), I cannot use saved cards. Never have been able to, but not at all sure why. Always get "We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again." When I re-enter the saved information, it goes straight through. Might as well not let it save my card info. Have offloaded and reinstalled, deleted and reinstalled, etc.
I tried to enter a code to collect rewards for an order yesterday. The code was at the bottom of the receipt. However, when I entered it, it was not accepted. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that code expired on 11/26/2023. The receipt date was 11/27/2023. How can the code expire before I even pay for the order. Also, when I try to scan for rewards the forgot to scan screen comes up and I cannot clear it. Will it clear when I get a good code to enter. Furthermore, I have two rewards that are expiring with in a week that I cannot use because I cannot get pass the forgot to scan screen. Any help will be appreciated. Fred
Qdoba app won’t let me remove favorites
Won’t let me login to my account
I am not able to log in to the guest account. When I enter my email address, it says it is not a valid email address. When I attempt to sign up, using the same email address it says that it is already registered.
If I empty the app data and cash, login again it will work.. The next day it loads to a white screen again..
I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app. It flashes a quick orange Q page and then gives me a white screen when the app is opened.

Go into QDoba app and my screen is white. If I go in by email advertising can get in?
