ShopRite Status

I'm placing an order over $300.00 and it keeps saying "trouble with your time slot. Pick another. " That doesn't work. Neither does paying on delivery or paying online work. What is the problem.? I pay with EBT and debit card---Nothing. I ask to pay on delivery---Nothing. I cannot get the order through and I need these groceries!!

I am able to log into my account, but not able to add digital coupons.

My IPHONE ShopRite App is not working. It stopped working on 1/1/2023. After I sign-in with my EMAIL address and password, a blank screen appears with the following on top of the screen: sts.brands.wakefern.com. I deleted the App and reinstalled it and the same issue occurred. I also have the IPHONE StopAndShop App installed, which works perfectly. I had my husband install the ShopRite App first on his IPHONE and the App worked. He then installed the IPHONE StopAndShop App and the StopAndShop App does not work for him. Could there be an issue with having both Apps installed?

Been trying to log in for digital coupons for the last two days with no success!!!

I have been having a problem with the Digital Coupons, I can't load onto my Price Plus Card, on the coupon, it says Log in to load, well I am logged in, so now what???? I am so frustrated, please fix it!!!!! This has been going on for the past month or so.

I have uninstalled and installed the ShopRite app multiple times the last year, and it still will not show me any available delivery times

My background is Systems analyst in Billing. Every time I use digital coupons loaded from my I-phone I can not reconcile the overly complex register tape entries and obvius shortages/omissions nor can customer service. In some cases no credit. Since this happens every time - I know that you know it. Your pose of sensitivity to any problems is insulting. It is not worth my time to check out and then go to customer service every time - they try their best but can not explain all ommissions, shortages. As you must know, you never - NEVER - make a mistake in my favor. More profit. Do you think I will continue to shop Shoprite under these circumstances?

Much of the time when I use my app to put items in my cart, it will not sort by aisle. Also, if I remove an item from the cart, it comes right back. Please fix this it is very frustrating

I was having trouble with the app loading so I uninstalled it, went to the app store to try and download it again and when I try I get the error that "something went wrong, try again' and it just loops back to the app store.

I’m unable to see the weekly grocery ads when I select view weekly circular. I only see liquor store ads. Where are the weekly groceries

Want to register for Shoprite app at App store but refuses to accept my email address or password. I click forgot password. They ask for email address to reset but never received any message

Everything I purchase is done by using a master list. Adding this too my order is fast and assures me that the order will be correct. This new iteration of your will not do this. If I cannot order with your app.. I will purchase my groceries from Mcafferys or Wegmans. I am a fifty year customer of Shoprite please don’t make me an ex customer.

Go back to paper coupons - thy worked much better.
