When it works, it works but needs updating. Unlike many other apps that update regularly this one doesn’t do that. Runs slow and crashes at the worst moment when you are at the door delivering. Also would be great to have a text pax option.
WMS needs a 21st century technological checkup. In comparison of apps from similar industries, this one remains in the stone ages. It would be wonderful just to have the option to text and call. In my experience, customers respond to a text message, but often let a call go to voicemail.
I’ve only used or seen WMS with one company. And if it’s the only one coordinated D@v!d Bem!$ and the “business” he runs then you can bank on it that anything associated with him is going to be crooked.
I use WMS on mkay iPhone and android. The android version works seamlessly. The iOS consistently freezes and when taking photo it crashes a lot.
Hi, I use this daily, I believe if we have something marked out for delivery, customers should not have the ability to place on hold. We have the bag out with us. Some delivery drivers don’t live close to where you have to take it back too, or the office is locked and cannot bring it back.
Also when the customer sends us a message, we should have the ability to respond through messages.
App always seems to close when I’m trying to submit and I’ve already left the house. Would be nice if we could upload a picture.
Need some improvements like zone of the bdo,add waze navigation,...
It would be nice to have a option to upload pictures from gallery for delivery that have no signal
Hi, WMS has been slow, crashing, unable to log in. Can we get the developer to fix this issue?
Before this, it was working excellent.
And there are 20 of my team telling me the same thing.
So we would really appreciate if you get this fix asap.
