App needs a major update

When it works, it works but needs updating. Unlike many other apps that update regularly this one doesn’t do that. Runs slow and crashes at the worst moment when you are at the door delivering. Also would be great to have a text pax option.
Add Text Messaging

This app needs a 21st century technological checkup. In comparison of apps from similar industries, this one remains in the stone ages. It would be wonderful just to have the option to text and call. In my experience, customers respond to a text message, but often let a call go to voicemail.

I’ve only used or seen this app with one company. And if it’s the only one coordinated D@v!d Bem!$ and the “business” he runs then you can bank on it that anything associated with him is going to be crooked.
