No beginner course

The exercises were great, but there is no beginner level. The app needs to have a beginner level for people who don’t exercise, and are over weight. It’s hard to do push-ups when your overweight, it’s hard to do ‘over the head lunges’ when you over weight. The app just needs to have something easier for beginners.

I absolutely love the workouts! They are surprisingly easy to do, because they are actually hard. They keep you going and you get really sweaty. I love this app also, because there are meals you can use. I do not like this app because it doesn’t seem to let you switch to pounds or calories.. I want the US terms or whatever. It makes more sense to me. And it would be nice to have a few other features. I really love this app and I would like to continue to use it if they had more updates!
