How to fix MindHappy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MindHappy app on iPhone
Update MindHappy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MindHappy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MindHappy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MindHappy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MindHappy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MindHappy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MindHappy App
1. On android, goto Settings » MindHappy » click [Force Stop]

Update MindHappy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MindHappy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MindHappy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MindHappy.

Fix MindHappy unable to contact server/ MindHappy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MindHappy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MindHappy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MindHappy
