Contact Gratitude Journal new Support

This app is very buggy. If I notice a typo while writing, I am unable to click on the portion of a sentence where the typo occurred to fix it - I would need to delete and re-enter the entire entry because the app does not allow you to jump to different parts of the text. I also have issues lately with the app automatically filling the previous day’s entry into the text box every time I try to create a new entry. And to make matters worse, the in-app support link does not seem to be working as it would not allow me to create an account to get support despite attempting to do so with multiple browsers and on multiple devices. I have used this app for years and put up with a variety of different bugs throughout. There are so many other ways to keep a gratitude journal, and I don’t think this app is a convenient or user-friendly one for me anymore.

I purchased this journal because I saw it on a show that said it was highly rated. I have so many bugs with it, that my patient after 3 weeks is over. It keeps changing dates on my input. That happened right away so I triple checked every day I selected and when I go back in the app on another day the date is not what I selected, it’s changed to a day in the next week. This happens more than not. It also is difficult to spell correct, doesn’t always work. Can’t select all and get whole list, only one item at a time, which makes it time consuming to move when the date changes. Cursor issues. For such a simple app, there are too many things wrong with it. I can use a spreadsheet easier, which is what I will do. I hate to give a bad review so much, especially for a gratitude journal, but the number of bugs got the best of me.

I really do I love the concept, I love how you can schedule a Reminder and the design. I think it’s so smart that it goes straight into a “list mode” to write down what you are grateful for. The problem is once you start using the app, I’ve found several bugs and issues that I’m sure the developers can easily fix. The first one is how when you get a notification or reminder and you tap on it the app opens but freezes. So you have to manually close the app and open it again Second is when you are writing down a list of things you are grateful for you press enter to add another bullet point but it does nothing so you do it again and it does nothing well in fact it is doing what’s supposed to do but the screen doesn’t scroll down with it so you have repeated bullet points that you have to manually enter. Can throw you off your train of thought tremendously. Third the passcode seems to lag when you enter each digit. Annoying because it’s not as fast. Face ID implementation would be great I’m shocked it doesn’t even have Touch ID. Lots of free apps do. There are other smaller ones but these are the main ones. I hope the dev can read this and get these fixed until then unfortunately it’s a 1 star app.
