How to fix Medsii app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Medsii app on iPhone
Update Medsii app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Medsii iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Medsii on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Medsii network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Medsii Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Medsii not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Medsii App
1. On android, goto Settings » Medsii » click [Force Stop]

Update Medsii to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Medsii App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Medsii » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Medsii.

Fix Medsii unable to contact server/ Medsii internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Medsii » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Medsii » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
