won’t let me book anything

Felt like it took 30 minutes to tap in all the keystrokes for a simple checkin

AeroGuest is very slow and often crashes/cannot finish a task.

Locked out of my room at 4am still can’t get in my room and hour later with ZERO support on AeroGuest or hotel. I will call our travel agent in the morning. This is completely unacceptable

Attempting to check in and get set up before my arrival and I am not getting the verification texts from either the web app or the mobile app after several attempts. Confirmed good phone number and I’m receiving texts from other people. Makes me very hesitant to use for room access.

AeroGuest is terrible or at least my experience has been during the initial intake. It crashed several times. I’ve had to redownload it repeatedly. I don’t like it. Fire your devs.

You’ve solved no problems for me I have to download an app to check in (pain) I have to give my data to you (pain) I have to do all the work of typing that in and making an account (pain) And then I’ll never use AeroGuest again because no other hotels use it…

That being said when it worked it worked well. The onboarding process needs to be way simpler though

Why I need another app to do something simple is the only gripe I have with this. AeroGuest works fine although if your international address doesn’t meet the expected format you have to make it up. But why I need an app from another publisher again and again, cross one road you need one app, cross the other way another app a new password verified by cellphone, it’s tedious.

Pretty fast and efficient.

I found AeroGuest very easy to use

I love the convenience and the mobile experience and interface. This is one of the best hotel apps in the market. Especially with Covid in place.

Smart concept. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice place with great view the DC lifestyle. Much more roomier than a hotel and feels like a place you could stay for awhile.

Price is good but know there is a cleaning fee and DC average parking fee.

AeroGuest was pretty intuitive and made checking in prior one less thing to deal with once we arrived.

Highly recommend this place due to location, staff and quality. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Blackout curtains for long days, good water pressure and temperature in shower, fully equipped kitchen in studio, comfortable bedding, rooftop deck, laundry, work space and barception were all excellent!
