Al principio era una excelente solución para hacer todo tipo de pagos desde casa fácil y rápido pero el nuevo modelo de cobrar el 2.9% del valor de la factura por pagar con tarjetas es un atraco.
Ensayando la app y sin haber hecho un solo pago ya hay débitos automáticos en mi tarjeta de crédito. Cuidado! Ojo!
Sin avisar a los usuarios, decidieron eliminar el pago de servicios públicos utilizando tarjeta de crédito, de un día para otro ya no estaba disponible y no dieron razón al respecto. Era lo único que utilizaba de la app y creo que es un irrespeto para los usuarios hacer eso.
He reportado en varías oportunidades con soporte técnico que la aplicación dejó de leer los valores de la Electrificadora de Santander (ESSA) al ingresar el código correspondiente el pago no está disponible. La respuesta de soporte es que la factura no ha sido generada y eso no es verdad, incluso lo he puesto un día antes de vencerse y nada.
