Awful Online Shopping

It’s very frustrating to shop online as most of the products which are on sale are out of stock but the items are still showing.
Also, after I have finished with my online purchase & payment and got the order confirmation, the next day I have got an email saying my order has been cancelled as the stock was finished. Why do you’ll accept the payment if the stock is unavailable. My money is stuck for 15 days till I get it back from you’ll.
Most of the reviews are negative but these issues are still happening. You will surely loose out on more customers fast as I will not be shopping on your site.
Horrible costumer service

I ordered a clothing set from them and only one piece came (only the shirt and no pants)the shirt even had a sticker that said that it was a part of a set.
I tried contacting them and it was no help,I emailed them and they had a computer reply to me and not a real person I could address the issue to,I also tried contacting them with Facebook messenger and instagram dm but there was no reply.
I would never buy from them again and you can find lots of different online shops with good customer service other that there trash service.😒

Before I placed my order it told me it would be delivered on a certain day and that was the reason I ordered in the first place, after I placed my order it said it would come later and Im traveling on that day. Why would you tell me a different day before I place my order and change it after I place my order. I called Max to ask if I could collect it myself instead of them delivering it, and she said no. Why no? I’m so disappointed ! And on top of that, I pre paid and I won’t even be home by the time it arrives.
