I would be embarrassed to be the creator of VerintWorkView knowing how useless it is! Seriously, take the time to read the negative reviews and then fix this garbage.

It never works properly. It is 100% guaranteed to freeze every single time you use it, and it’s almost always when you’re in a time crunch and need to be quick. Too many businesses rely on VerintWorkView for it to be this useless! And who thought it was a good idea to have the spinning wheels for the times? This isn’t The Price is Right! Let us type the times in. The majority of the time, it changes the time anyway when you try to spin and select it. Also, please make it to where it’s not selected automatically for “all day” or at least move it away from the button to submit. Several times I’ve accidentally hit it because they are so close and had it give me all day PTO which wipes out all my other selections, and if they are no longer available, I have to call and get it fixed. So many things needs to be changed about VerintWorkView to make it functional and user friendly.

VerintWorkView is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used in my life. Too many businesses rely on Verint for the functionality to be so low quality. Anytime I’m away from my desk and I need to submit a time off request, it can literally take about 15 minutes. VerintWorkView is always signing me out and then when I try to log back in, it will not connect to the server and it tells me my credentials are incorrect. If I didn’t have an understanding employer, I could get in a lot of trouble for a no call/no show because I cannot get into VerintWorkView to call out! Terrible app.

VerintWorkView is awful. My workplace demands that we use VerintWorkView for call offs. Every single time I’ve had to use it, it tells me it’s been too long and to re-enter my credentials. Which, fine, okay, no problem. You’d think. But every time I try to log in, I get an error telling me my credentials are incorrect. I’ll re-enter several times before frustration kicks in. This is supposed to be convenient and easy but has yet to be a pleasant experience. I usually end up calling my boss directly (which we are not supposed to do) to let them know I’m not coming in. Thankfully my boss is really cool and I don’t call off very often, otherwise I could be in trouble for no call/no show.

I love the WorkView mobile app, it makes handling job attendance really easy. I took off one star for login issues, because sometimes it will refuse access, or it will make you enter a long URL. I took off another star because the web browser version that is paired with is awful and makes close to zero sense. You must use the mobile app to have a “smooth” experience.

I don’t like that I have to enter my credentials if I pause for a brief moment and come back. It’s like the timeout time is shorter..maybe extend that. Also my main reason for writing this review is because I’d love to be able to delete an unapproved/declined request for PTO for example or any “time off” time. If it gets denied just allow a way to delete therefore there aren’t several declined request just sitting there in the calendar. It’s an eye sore. Really wish they can be deleted.

The ability to put in requests out of work is an added convenience. I believe the only improvement would be a push notification for scheduling changes often we have employees that get last minute scheduling changes but are unaware because of hey checked their schedule too early.

I absolutely love WorkView and have found that it’s incredible easy to navigate and get my work schedule in line with the expectations that my company deserves from me. Easy tool to assist the employee and employer with any last minute needs or changes that may occur, without the need to contact management. Great asset and tool across the board.

There are a couple issues but those could be combined with the company the scheduling is for.. I love the ease of using VerintWorkView.. and look forward to my company including more of VerintWorkView options i see greyed out.. and will continue to use it more on VerintWorkView than online

It's working better than it used too! I like having access to put time in and not have to call. I do screenshot every time since I had one fail and had 5 hours of unpaid time. It had shown approved when processed. Happened a couple time but I caught the others. Now I don't take chances. My manager wanted to write me up. First time in 30 years..

So I find VerintWorkView much more convenient and user friendly than the actual full website accessible through my workstation. Overall experience is excellent considering the service it provides.

I appreciate VerintWorkView, especially when you need to use VTO( Voluntary Time Off) because it appears instantly, if available. There are sometimes minor glitches, but overall VerintWorkView is A-1!/ Fast forward 3 years later and VerintWorkView is having to many error moments. Like the past two days, I’ve been having re-enter my credentials after relaunching every 15 seconds. HELLLLLLP!!!!

It’s so convenient to request time off after hours are on the weekend when you’re making plans since we’re not able to log on our work site application during those times.

It is very hard to change the password. Our company changes our password almost every month and I can never get it to except the new password. There should be an easy way to do this

I like using verint it’s convenient being able to use on an app. It makes it easier if it’s an emergency instead of logging into a computer or calling a line. Sometimes you don’t have time to leave a voice message

Great because you don’t have to stress when something comes up while you’re already gone for the day but can’t be at work next day or needs some hours off

I have just been introduced to VerintWorkView and I must say I love it! So convenient to have it, making it very useful to use while you’re not at work and something important comes up, I am able to go in and enter what I need to enter.

I absolutely love being able to see my schedule to plan but also make schedule changes. The fact that it is only a click away is awesome. Convenience convenience convenience.

I like VerintWorkView because; if I am not at work and see there are extra hours available, I can pick the hours desired and hit send. That's it! Just check back to see if approved.

WorkView is easy and convenient app so I don’t need to login to my computer to view or change my schedule. I love the features. I like the notifications when my schedule changes. Keep up the good work!

I love the convenience and the process of requesting time off. This allows me to navigate doctor appointments etc and not have to totally run everything through a person. Assuming you follow your leader’s guidelines for requesting time, VerintWorkView rocks
