Since the update, VerintWFM continues to crash every time I open it. I can’t even get as far as putting in my credentials. I have deleted VerintWFM 3 different times and downloaded it and nothing works. I made sure I was putting in the correct code and it still isn’t working. Frustrating because I can’t check my schedule and I have to ask co-workers to check for me. Please fix.

The screenshots make it look like a great app. Unfortunately, when I try to send an email for the verification code, it says, “Email not found” despite my company using CloudCords to publish its schedule.
Keyboard issue

I had the same issue on Apple iPhone, can not hit verify account because keyboard is in the way.
Worst app ever

I have used VerintWFM for many many years. Over the years it has gotten worse. Now it won’t let me sign in the way I’ve been signing in for YEARS and there is no work around. VerintWFM allows me to enter in my user id and when it brings me to the password screen it disappears when I need to go to the entrust app the copy the code to paste it in VerintWFM ! So frustrating. We need to update VerintWFM. Not working with the new technology now a days

Will let me type my company code but won't scroll so I can hit verify. I've had nothing but issues with VerintWFM from day 1.

Poor Sign In Screen

This application demands I change my password more than any other system I utilize. Regardless, from the application, it WILL NOT let you scroll down to the “Confirm Password” Field. Per example, I cannot access my schedule this morning because it’s demanding I change my password and then doesn’t let me.
Finally!!!!! Don’t have to print my schedule.
