To conduct a virtual vet visit, your pet needs to have had an in-office visit previously. this app saves you time, by enabling you to connect directly with your veterinarian through your mobile device. Skip the office visit, receive diagnosis and treatment plans, and maintain pet wellness, wherever you are. HOW IT WORKS: Consultations ● Request and schedule a vet telemedicine consultation with your veterinarian ● Share detailed text, pictures, and/or videos for your veterinarian to review ● Your case is assigned to a vet within your pet’s local veterinary telemedicine clinic ● Chat one-on-one with your vet via video, call, or text with your veterinarian ● Receive a treatment plan from your veterinarian to get your pet healthy Follow-Ups ● Schedule follow up telehealth appointments with your vet ● Video chat with your vet to check-up on your pet’s healing progress ● Review previous consultation records to keep track of your pet’s health HOW TO GET this app: this app is available to pet owners whose veterinarians are signed up to provide telemedicine for pets through our platform. Saved me a trip to the ER
My vet was able to evaluate my fur baby when I was out of town. Saved me from going to the emergency hospital and I was able to wait until I got back home and go in to my vet hospital. Love the app!

Problematic
I just downloaded the app because of an email stating that my vet’s office is using it. There are kinks that have not been worked out. My pet’s “vet” is now a hospital in another state and the app won’t allow me to change the name of the veterinary clinic. If there are multiple clinics with the same name, there’s no address to help differentiate between the clinics. Additionally, their “location” services are not picking up my pets office. The apps developers have a few kinks to work out before it can be successfully used to communicate with your pets vet.

Only works for your existing Vet *if* they use this service
You have to download the app and fill out the profile prior to seeing what Vets are available and if your current vet doesn’t use this service you can’t either. They won’t help you if you’re quarantined and looking for advice on an ill pet. The joke is there was 3 Vets that came up in my area, and two were in another state so not sure how I could ever use this service.
