If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing like trying to be secure and relying on EntraPassgoPass to get into your home only to find that there’s a glitch and you’re locked out until it gets fixed. Randomly when attempting to open doors EntraPassgoPass will say “verify network”. I’ve tried exiting out and disconnecting from Bluetooth and wifi. Not like I can delete and reinstall EntraPassgoPass without having to go through another terrible and lengthy registration process. I wish my complex would just get rid of EntraPassgoPass. Sincerely,

It was exactly updating to the latest version made the widget disappear!

I am trying to register myself but it keeps saying “missing or invalid password or mobile number” even though everything is write. It’s not even letting me register.

How is this all so bad, and how does it have over a 4 star rating. My building uses EntraPassgoPass and it doesn’t work more than half the time. Crashes, asks for a passcode that was never created in the first place, loses all doors, etc. Hire a real developer!
This update not only made it harder to tap on the door you want by shrinking them down, now it tells me I have to force quit EntraPassgoPass almost every time I open it. It’s bad enough using the backend for this product, now they’re ruining the frontend too.
We have 25 people in our office. We spent all this money on this system and install and the phone app simply doesn’t work. It sort of worked for a few days but you’d have to refresh EntraPassgoPass to get it to work. Now it rarely works. For anyone in the office. Really lousy product
If I could give this system a 0 I would. It is absolutely horrible. It never and I mean hardly ever works. You have to open and close EntraPassgoPass about 7 times for it to work (and sometimes even then it still doesn’t) and sometimes it removes all the doors completely. Leaving u stranded outside. I would only recommend EntraPassgoPass to my arch nemesis. Only get this system if u hate urself and can house tech people onsite 24/7. 😗😗
EntraPassgoPass won't even open, I try to tell it to send or not send a crash report and it crashes again. Repeatedly. 0 stars if I could.
Not as useful without the widget
EntraPassgoPass is really convenient but the widget functionality is now broken after a recent update. The widget was the best part! Update EntraPassgoPass to catch up with iPhone X - it’s been a couple years now and it’s still using the old iPhone layout. Update and fix the widget then it’s a 5-star app.
App always opens on favorites tab and cannot figure out how to add to favorites. Very frustrating
