If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing like trying to be secure and relying on this app to get into your home only to find that there’s a glitch and you’re locked out until it gets fixed. Randomly when attempting to open doors the app will say “verify network”. I’ve tried exiting out and disconnecting from Bluetooth and wifi. Not like I can delete and reinstall the app without having to go through another terrible and lengthy registration process. I wish my complex would just get rid of this app. Sincerely,

Hi This app was pretty decent especially with the widget available Did you remove the widget by accident on this last update? Any chance to bring it back? Hello! Responding to the developer response / Updating to specify that the widget went missing when I updated to the latest version 2.2.0! It was exactly updating to the latest version made the widget disappear!

If I could give this system a 0 I would. It is absolutely horrible. It never and I mean hardly ever works. You have to open and close the app about 7 times for it to work (and sometimes even then it still doesn’t) and sometimes it removes all the doors completely. Leaving u stranded outside. I would only recommend this app to my arch nemesis. Only get this system if u hate urself and can house tech people onsite 24/7. 😗😗
