I miss HotSchedules because of how annoying this app’s shift pickup system is. If you or someone else picks up a shift, it should be removed from the available shifts to pickup section. Or at least tell you how many people have already also picked it up. Also, automatic pickup is a feature i miss greatly. If I know i’m available to pick up a shift the second the schedule comes out, I should be first in line for it. Not just whoever is attached to their phone the most & sees it first. I don’t want to need to have my ringer on so I can be the one with the quickest fingers! And being on call for covering a shift until the managers approve it just to find out last minute that someone else was quicker in picking it up than you is just frustrating. this app is user friendly but these are simple improvements that can be made to make the lives of the employees that uses this platform easier!

The worst scheduling app I’ve ever used. My company switched to Team Live from HotSchedules and we’re all incredibly upset about it. TeamLive is hard to use, clunky, and doesn’t provide you with any information outside of what time you are scheduled to work. “Team schedule” is a complete joke where you see THE ENTIRE STAFF list (not even in any discernible order) of who’s working that day with tiny initials listed next to their shift. With “Messages” you can only search for people and not key words or phrases that might be in previous messages sent out. Bottom line, Team Live needs to look at what other apps in this category are doing and improve BIG TIME!!! There are FAR superior apps and systems out there and you’d be better off convincing your company not to make the switch.

On one of the recent updates they took away the ability to check your time card so now you can’t see the hours you worked, without this you are unable to verify you are being paid the correct amount when you get your check…

App is locked upon opening jn a screen asking me to acknowledge a past schedule. It refuses to let me acknowledge because it says I don’t have an email or phone verification. My phone is verified already. I never received an email verification. There is no way to resend an email verification on the website. Literally non-functional app for me.

Please add back the ability to see our teams schedule. It was one of the features I liked about TeamLive and now it’s suddenly gone.
Now I go into work not knowing who’s going to be there, or what to expect, I dislike it tremendously.
This will genuinely effect the way i go into work, please bring the option back.

For the most part it gets what you want done. The issue I'm having is it logs me out randomly all the time. Everytime I try to log back in it says my email isn't registered. I ALWAYS have to to reset my password Everytime it boots me off. The most annoying part is it sends the password reset to the same email it claims isn't registered with the account!

I tried changing my profile picture on team live but when I go to submit, it tells me to confirm my phone number even though I can see that it says verified. So I try to change my number to make sure it’s good even though it says it’s already verified.
Tried to find a help button or something but there’s no help center or nothing. How am I supposed to change my information if it won’t let me?

TeamLive rarely works well. It will often require me to delete and reinstall just in order to open TeamLive to see my schedule. Even when it’s working properly, the designers did not include much useful functionality. It’s impossible to swap shifts with someone working on the same day. I can’t see how much I made on a given shift. And the user interface is not intuitive or easily navigated. I’m begging my company to find a different scheduling app almost daily.

It won’t let me login even if I input the correct info. It will just show a loading screen for hours… sometimes days. I have to delete and redownload TeamLive multiple times in a row in hopes that it will let me login. I have the most recent update. I can’t pick up, trade, or release shifts just because my app doesn’t work. I can’t check my schedule at all. I have to ask my managers or coworkers to check my schedule for me because my app won’t work. It’s so frustrating. Quite literally the worst and most frustrating app that I have ever used.

TeamLive was working fine for me before, now with this new update its horrible and very frustrating, as a manager I need to see scheds quickly and this is not allowing me to see my whole team.. it only shows me even on days I am not even sched.. this needs to be addressed ASAP, I have logged out and back in, I have deleted app and reinstalled it and still not working..

i’ve been using TeamLive for well around 7 months, never been a problem for me since yesterday. now i can’t login it always says no internet connection on my phone, yet works on other devices. very stressful as im trying to drop and pickup shifts

TeamLive is a hot mess. It won’t even load my schedule yet it will load every other page and I know it’s not because of my internet because safari and google are working perfectly fine. I don’t get how my schedule won’t load and that’s literally what I am dependent on TeamLive for (knowing my schedule)

Yo TeamLive needs to quit signing me out all the time. I find myself being signed out and having to re enter all my login information like once every other week. Put Face ID on it if your going to constantly verify my identity.

There are a couple of redeeming qualities in that you can sort schedule types in a few different ways and see your actual working hours in real time. That is just about where the positives stop. The good news is that support is unsure what the capabilities of TeamLive even are so at least everyone appears to be equally in the dark.

Sometimes TeamLive works with no problems. However, I usually get automatically logged out (daily). I can never send photos to my staff and it always says “invalid response”. I have my notifications turned on but I NEVER receive message alerts. Wish the bugs would be fixed.

Whenever I’m connected to Cellular Data, TeamLive refuses to load and if I try to log in online, that doesn’t work either. It seems it only has to be connected to WiFi in order to use TeamLive or website. But other than that, it keeps my work schedule nice and organized.

TeamLive is pretty decent, but the most annoying part is trying to pick up someone’s shift, and it’ll get rejected because someone else picked up the same shift you’re trying to pick it. It’s very annoying and frustrating. It should completely take the shift out the “shift pickup” section to avoid these issues.

My company uses TeamLive to see our schedules, and TeamLive keeps signing me out. When I go to put in my correct password it say it’s incorrect. This is very frustrating to use, because it happens constantly.

In the last update I can not see the pictures of my coworkers anymore also same my picture and that’s very important for the teams.

Company has fixed many issues with TeamLive . Runs smoothly now, only thing that could make it better is it News Feed posts would send Notifications just like shift offers. Here’s hoping.
