Submitted a refill request through the pharmacy app. Instead of showing in progress as usual, My prescription is still under archived and now displays 1 remaining but when I click onto the prescription details it says 0. It won’t let me re submit the refill question because it states it’s already in progress
Your app deleted itself from my Android phone overnight with no explanation. I need an explanation.
Can't sign in to IOS App.
My account profile shows zero prescriptions and zero refills. Seems like all the data is gone. Can't prepay or order refills. Nothing is archived. I tried starting a new account but am blocked as soon as I put my telephone number in.

Worked briefly, but I can no longer log in. Cleared cache and user data. But this did not help. I worked in IT for 40+ years. App is just not a good.
Every time I click on payment options the app crashes. This is the worst app. I've had nothing but trouble with it since day one. Wish Publix would fix this app. It's not a complicated app, for Pete's sake.

Trying to set up my account through pharmacy app that I downloaded. I am Ot receiving verification number via text message. Tried to go longer route through email (above) hoping to get in through that route, still ends up asking for phone verification. I’ve done some troubleshooting through online searches (iPhone 13). Please help…! Nothing is working.
