I’ve ordered food delivery from HungryUS a couple of times in the past and the experience was good. Recently I’ve been having issues. The service has been gone down a lot. I ordered a couple of dishes for lunch today. Food was supposed to be delivered by 12:30ish. I waited till 1:30pm and still no delivery. The driver called me and asked me what I ordered and where I live. Because he doesn’t have the order information except for my phone number. And he asked me to call the customer service to sort things out. I called the customer service and they said the driver is an old guy and he messed things up. Also HungryUS has been crushing a lot. I couldn’t track my orders like I used to.

My order never came. My whole family was hungry waiting for our food. We ended up ordering lunch from a local restaurant that close by. What an disappointing experience! I’m deleting HungryUS . There are other food delivery apps out there way better than this. Don’t waste your time.

I have been using HungryUS for two months now, and there was not a single time the food was delivered on time. They will either arrive one whole hour early or one whole hour late. Their time estimation was extremely unprofessional.

If you don't enable the notification, you cannot even use HungryUS.

I am not using HungryUS again.

The second time I ordered they did not deliver. HungryUS allowed people to order but for some reason they had cancelled all orders for that day. The only way I figured this out was by calling customer service 20 minutes after my food was supposed to show up. No one told me and I had ordered lunch at 930 am!

Today, my food is 20 min late, called the driver and he said probably 10-15 more minutes. It is 1:10. I am now going into a meeting with no food and pretty annoyed.

I called customer service and they offered me a free meal but I am over it. I’ll just pay extra for the food truck.

It would be great if orders can arrive on time. But more than half of my order was delayed. The customer service alway tells you it was because delay from restaurant. Looks like they don’t know how to manage this.

The food delivery service is good. But HungryUS is always garbage. Not sure if it’s because of the updates. Suddenly you can not open it or it crashes, which simply keeps happening. Just use a tiny fraction of your profits to hire a better software developer or outsource it to a better company.

The customer service used to be good but not anymore. The food has been delivered late constantly and the customer service does not respond to this issue.

Fair price, solid services

The only food delivery app that can combine orders from different restaurants, which is so convenient for customers. I ordered 4 different dishes from 4 different restaurants and they were delivered faster than expected. Customer service is fast and friendly. I recommend HungryUS !

My order was late last week and I got refunded right away. For a small company like Hungry, I like how they really value customer experience.

I was surprised that the lunch options are all very affordable. I ordered a noodle dish last minute, and it arrived on time. Good service and will definitely keep using HungryUS !

Their service is really good. I have enjoyed free food delivery provided by this team for almost a year. From WeChat group to their own app. My friends are all used to this pre-order process.

They don't charge delivery fee. Picked food up near Price Center (among other locations) from 12-1:30ish with food from Convoy restaurants at original price. Very happy with the service!

They keep accumulating new restaurants with full of variety dishes to choose from! You can definitely enjoy a cheerful dining time with their prompt delivery & completely free service!

I am a restaurant owner and my sales really took off for lunch boxes since we work together. The sales team are very nice to work with. If you are looking to grow your lunch business,you should try HungryUS.

I’ve used several different food delivery apps and this one is the only one that didn’t charge any delivery fee. Most important, they delivered on time. Too sad that they limited the pick up locations. But anyway I’m happy with the free food delivery!!!

I got a coupon from a friend that it saved me two bucks. From then, I have been pretty hooked on HungryUS...

I didnt have too much faith in HungryUS but after tried it a few times. Its honestly incredibly realiable. You should try it.

Give it a try! I love the dishes you can order online and they are really good about adding new stuff every week!

I tried to use it for work lunch for my team. It was nice and easy. Free delivery service, never heard of it before!
