I’ve ordered food delivery from this app a couple of times in the past and the experience was good. Recently I’ve been having issues. The service has been gone down a lot. I ordered a couple of dishes for lunch today. Food was supposed to be delivered by 12:30ish. I waited till 1:30pm and still no delivery. The driver called me and asked me what I ordered and where I live. Because he doesn’t have the order information except for my phone number. And he asked me to call the customer service to sort things out. I called the customer service and they said the driver is an old guy and he messed things up. Also the app has been crushing a lot. I couldn’t track my orders like I used to.
My order never came. My whole family was hungry waiting for our food. We ended up ordering lunch from a local restaurant that close by. What an disappointing experience! I’m deleting the app. There are other food delivery apps out there way better than this. Don’t waste your time.

I am not using this app again.
The second time I ordered they did not deliver. The app allowed people to order but for some reason they had cancelled all orders for that day. The only way I figured this out was by calling customer service 20 minutes after my food was supposed to show up. No one told me and I had ordered lunch at 930 am!
Today, my food is 20 min late, called the driver and he said probably 10-15 more minutes. It is 1:10. I am now going into a meeting with no food and pretty annoyed.
I called customer service and they offered me a free meal but I am over it. I’ll just pay extra for the food truck.

The food delivery service is good. But the app is always garbage. Not sure if it’s because of the updates. Suddenly you can not open it or it crashes, which simply keeps happening. Just use a tiny fraction of your profits to hire a better software developer or outsource it to a better company.
