The service is worst they came up with lot of issues and when we ask they say i have escalated high priority and this won’t repeat . But same thing happens every day. Milk also spoiled 2 days in a row.

App help is useless. It does not allow us to enter the correct address. Consequently deliveries are going to the wrong block.
When contact help on chat they keep telling us how to correct the address without actually understanding our problem.
Overall a big Zero help

Can’t even log in to bbdaily anymore. No matter how many times I try requesting and entering the OTP, still says “Please enter a valid OTP”. Do you guys even do basic testing before making updates? It sure doesn’t seem that way. Extremely annoying and inconvenient for end users.

I am having issues recharging the wallet since last 3 days and they keep on saying the issue is being escalated and the backend team is working on it.

They don’t know when they will resolve the issue and there is no update.

Items price is increased after few days of subscription, waste if bb daily, everything is expensive,Bread was 30 when app is installed now its 40

Last moment they are canceling the items which are on discount telling it’s out of stock. If something is out of stock they should not allow to order itself. They are allowing to order and at last moment canceling it.

These were working features but at some time (around a couple months now) they stopped working. Don’t add new features but at least don’t break such important and obvious features.

Sorry to let you know that you don’t fulfill your commitment. ₹1000/- was deposited on the commitment — For the first month, after 5 liters of milk delivered the consumer would get half a liter of milk free. And there would be no carriage charges.
1. But I couldn’t get the half a liter milk.
2. ₹ 1/- is being levied as service charge, then how
the delivery is free !!!!

1. Zero credibility and lowest commitment level
2. Every morning quantity delivered will be less as compared to shown as delivered in bbdaily . Worst way to start morning with customer care
3. Customer care will keep on making fool that we have re arranged to deliver items in next 60 mins only to regret later that it won’t be delivered
4. Dumb deaf and blind management who will never take any action and customer will be left to suffer for ever.
Not worth subscribing even if this is the last option unless services are not improved.
Subscribe once and regret forever.

Service is worst . I have opted for bb daily service and every day came up with some issue. I thought this will make my morning easy but every day some or other items missing / not delivered.

It has become my routine to follow up with customer care for refund as money gets deducted before delivery-and again purchase daily need items from local market. One more task added in my daily routine 😔😔😔😔😔

I created an account in June and while creating account i added 2000 rs in the wallet. They deducted money from the bank and then failed to add it in my wallet and told me to do another transaction and that the initial transaction will be refunded/reverted. Its been 2+ months and they refuse to help and are basically blaming on bank. I've lost hope in ever getting my 2000rs back. This just shows what type of customer support they have. Be careful with adding money to your wallet in app.

Never order from big basket daily. They are the worst and unorganised lot out of the whole convenience sites available. You sit and order and in the morning the things are not delivered as they always have technical issues. Then very conveniently they will say that they will refund the money. If you are ordering milk for your baby at home.. baby will sure enough go hungry.
Don’t understand why people copy other delivery partners when they cannot fulfill the requirements.
Worst service ever. Not once , I have cut a dirty figure many times.

It requires so many improvements. For pausing orders, the date filters don't work properly. It doesn’t have proper validations. Adding orders is no easy task as well. Please take this as a serious user feedback and try to make bbdaily more user friendly.

Have issues with recharge and sometime hangs for no reason .. otherwise works well

The delivery is irregular in recent times. U have not given option in help to inform our grievances except to identify Ur options, some times Ut organisation is not understanding our grievances. For example to day total delivery of milk is not received, there is no option to inform, but there is one option to identify i.e., ALL/FEW Product is not delivered, when I identified it, no correct information is provided, but Ur organisation has stated that, refund is made for one product, and not informed about supply of products. Pl. set the system to inform our grievances. Arrange to deliver today products or otherwise inform to fetch the products locally as time is moving & we won’t get locally. Pl. respond quickly.

Good but not many products

I am the customer of Big Basket and this app from past 2 years now and I am really very happy with their service and the speed of resolution of any problem that customer face. Their App is very easy to use and the Chat service is very helpful and all problems gets resolved using chat itself.
I really hope they maintain the Customer focused Service in future as well.

I’m using this BB app from last 6 months. I’m super impressed because the quality of food and the delivery timing is always good. Even I don’t need to panic if I don’t have milk where to go where to find, In just one click on BB app I get it on my door every morning.

The service that this app offers is amazing and extremely helpful in pandemic time when I am looking for minimal outside interaction. All the orders are delivered regularly & timely. Highly recommend bbdaily to everyone
