- No description under the video explaining the differences between a word that is the same but has two or more signs

- Cannot favorite or save signs for future reference

- Some videos are too fast even when slowed down

- Different regions have different dialects of ASL, which may not be reflected in the app

To resolve SignSchool network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SignSchool App
1. On android, goto Settings » SignSchool » click [Force Stop]

Clear SignSchool App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SignSchool » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SignSchool.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SignSchool » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SignSchool » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SignSchool
