After 7 years in business with the same software I was very hopeful to successfully switch my MindBody clients over to Massage Book. The features sounded like exactly what I need but unfortunately the app has been impossible to get working. I use it on one iphone to schedule clients while I talk on my other cell phone. It only works about 50% of the time even when I’m on WiFi.
The wait for it to load is excruciating. I’m
often desperately killing time talking to my busy clients while it’s just a blank screen to open the app...And so embarrassing having to tell them I have no clue what the schedule is because it won’t load. The trouble continues every step of the way from trying to select any of the required fields to finalizing the booking. Wish it worked

I’m not sure what has happened the past month or so but notifications just stopped working. I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times. My settings on my phone and app are all turned on yet I never receive a notification when a new appointment is booked. It is beyond frustrating as I am a appointment only business and have to keep opening the app manually to ensure I know what my schedule looks like. I really hope this updates or changes soon!

I can no longer add SOAP notes once the client’s session time is over. I can add to the SOAP beforehand, but when I go back and try to add notes after the session time has ended, neither “SAVE” buttons respond. Have tried logging out and logging back in. Have made sure my app has been properly updated. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
