I’d love to be able to see when I go in to read a note on MassageBookPro how long the session was for and what the session was and who with. Why have that option to fill out but not show it with the note? Also, a way QUICKLY get back to the main menu to do the next SOAP note without having to hit the back button multiple times or force quit out the program because that’s the quickest way to get back to the main page.

After 7 years in business with the same software I was very hopeful to successfully switch my MindBody clients over to Massage Book. The features sounded like exactly what I need but unfortunately MassageBookPro has been impossible to get working. I use it on one iphone to schedule clients while I talk on my other cell phone. It only works about 50% of the time even when I’m on WiFi.

The wait for it to load is excruciating. I’m
often desperately killing time talking to my busy clients while it’s just a blank screen to open MassageBookPro ...And so embarrassing having to tell them I have no clue what the schedule is because it won’t load. The trouble continues every step of the way from trying to select any of the required fields to finalizing the booking. Wish it worked

Basic product is "ok" IF your clients are booking from whatever browser that most efficiently supports MassageBook's cookies (their explanation when I have complained before). I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, etc and so have some of my clients and their system just keeps putting people through a loop and leaving them unable to finish making their appointments. If I am working and unable to take their phone calls, I don't get bookings. They raised their price so they can still keep supplying us with a great product but I don't see much work in web development going on. It has all the same bugs and some new ones.

I enjoy using the software massagebook offers but MassageBookPro leaves a lot to be desired. You can only do the most basic things, so if you actually own the business the mobile app is really not very useful for anything other than booking appointments. Even then it is only barely decent at that. You can’t scroll through appointments easily because it tries to load in the weeks ahead and will scroll you two months ahead of where you’d like to be. Very annoying. And sometimes it doesn’t even alert you to your appointments. I just really hate that.

I was super excited to get my business going and use Massagebook so I got an iPad that is for my business only and planned to write my SOAP notes with this. However I was under the impression that like the website SOAP notes I would be able to click on my muscles guide to write notes on and also to show my clients where they are suffering and needing work done. I like to educate my clients to help them learn how to take care of their bodies. I wish that more of the online features were in MassageBookPro . Other than that so far I’m liking MassageBookPro .

There should be an option to request a custom deposit instead of a full pre payment.

I NEED you guys to work with square on asking for credit card information to hold appointments when booking. I get that I can do that through square ...manually. However I am very busy and I can’t book appointments via phone %97 percent of the time. That’s why I pay for MassageBookPro. To do the small things I don’t have time to do. Please please please add this feature. If it doesn’t change I’ll be forced to find new ways of booking.

When I have to call customer service (old school, massage therapist) I always get a human to answer and not an automated system. Who ever answers my call makes me feel like I’m the most important client♥️. MassageBook SOAP notes on a laptop are easy to write with just a point and click and I’m done✅

Super happy that MassageBook not only makes it easy to contact them for issues or feature request.... and wait for it.... they get back to you ASAP for all requests.
Even better they have listened and now I can do so much more from my iPhone! Thank you for constantly improving MassageBookPro and making booking clients a breeze! Bravo!

I love that I can schedule my appointments on the go! It makes it super easy to view client details and you can even check out your appointments super easily with the Bluetooth mobile card reader that they sell! MassageBook truly is user friendly and is always improving to make this program even more AMAZING!

I’m not sure what has happened the past month or so but notifications just stopped working. I have deleted and reinstalled MassageBookPro numerous times. My settings on my phone and app are all turned on yet I never receive a notification when a new appointment is booked. It is beyond frustrating as I am a appointment only business and have to keep opening MassageBookPro manually to ensure I know what my schedule looks like. I really hope this updates or changes soon!

It has at most 50% functionality of the website for absolutely no reason. It is almost useless for anything except adding sessions, checking schedules and payments. You can’t check client messages, soaps, change any business / session information, etc. it seems useless to have an app if you can’t actually do anything with it.

I can no longer add SOAP notes once the client’s session time is over. I can add to the SOAP beforehand, but when I go back and try to add notes after the session time has ended, neither “SAVE” buttons respond. Have tried logging out and logging back in. Have made sure my app has been properly updated. Have deleted and reinstalled MassageBookPro . Nothing. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

So I have used massage book on and off for years, and was so excited to see there was finally an app. But after downloading and trying to work within MassageBookPro , it kept freezing up on me. Trying to schedule and appt, it froze. Trying to add a client, it froze. And this was in the first 5 min. I think having MassageBookPro would be a great tool once the bugs are worked out.

MassageBookPro is only for the massage businesses. How hard could it be to create an option for customers to schedule appointments? You could then have it available without having to go to the web site and could log in using the fingerprint log on. Customer support should be obvious.

I have been pleased with the functionality of MassageBook. Their service is great and I love how my concerns are addressed very rapidly. I am excited to hear that Square will soon be integrated. It works great for a one woman massage office.

I usually book appts on my iPhone calendar but I have been getting so overwhelmed and accidentally double booked appts a few times so I signed up for Massage book. The online version actually is layed out quite well but MassageBookPro is very awkward to use and I really hope they upgrade MassageBookPro to be more user friendly.

The website is great, but I wish MassageBookPro would do more of the features that the site does- like being able to write soap notes for example. Or even to have an iPad version with the extra features. But I would love to be able to do everything on MassageBookPro that the site can do.

Very helpful group of people. A great knowledge base for helping the Therapist find their way within the system. A great help to determine what plan works best for them. Really pleased so far...

Since latest IOS update, multiple buttons not working. I have to repeatedly tap to get them to do anything. Would think that with the price increase, we could at least get timely bug fixes. 🙄

This service is a nightmare to use. The staff gaslights, the owner is serving his bank account at every turn, there is very little freedom and I am constantly dealing with booking error mysteries no one will take accountability for and pressure to relinquish control over my practice and payments. Your business model is based on your profits and not your service and it shows at every turn. I can wait to have the time to leave and open another site. Your owner is self serving and on some kind of massive ego trip. I hope you fail and other lmt centered services get a chance to rise.
