I’m visiting the UK from New Zealand and get the message “the app is not available in your region” are you able to help please

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Young's app issues:

Force Stop the Young's App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Young's app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Young's to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Young's App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Young's app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Young's.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Young's » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
