I have a query about Youngs On Tap app. Every time I try to login to the App there is a ridiculous and complicate method to get back in (it never seems to remember me) and although the Verify your account via email works, the other method by phone does not work – I never get a code I have the correct number but there seems to be no help with this method. The thing is my App is connected via my Google pay account which has my phone number but there is nowhere on the Youngs on tap app where it shows my phone number so either there is a problem with the App itself (because it does not allow you to register the phone number) or the verification method should not try to verify your phone number if it does not exist on the App. The only personal verification on my App is my email address Please advise Thanks

The clueless writer of this app assumes everyone has a mobile phone, because that is the only way to create an account. Apparently, though not surprisingly, it didn’t occur to whoever wrote this to give the option of signing on with an email address.

Trying to order food but needed to spend about 10 minutes entering all the i for the app. I suggest you look at the latest technology that allows applets instead of forcing a significant onboarding process to order food.

Basically, lots of entry to download and configure, then the customer takes their own order and does the settlement. I should tip myself instead of the waiter! Also asks for all sorts of permissions. Easier to stay home and eat
