The Andriod app is not loading at all for me. This is after I've recorded 2 videos. I haven't used this app a lot since paying for it but this isn't a good start. April 1 2023

I'm consistently having issues with the teleprompter not moving when I am speaking. This happens intermittently all the time using an iPhone 13 pro Max. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Guys, I think rather than implementing so many new features, you need to make sure that your basics work. Because this is so frustrating I'm so close to just moving on. The only reason I haven't yet is because all my scripts are in the app. But I will be moving them over to somewhere else. Your app is just not reliable whatsoever. You need to Get it fixed!

Every time I try to record the camera just spins, I have not been able to use this prompter for over a month now. If this isn't going to work I need to cancel and get a refund.

I have a plus plan. When I create all my scripts (copy and paste) on my project, I cannot see them on my iPhone immediately. I need to refresh constantly until I can see them. Sometimes there are messy and disorganized another time it appears that I uploaded them in perfect order. Is that a bug?
