I placed an order on 19 august and we are in mid September with no whereabouts of my product. All customer care does is tell you please wait one last time and your product will be delivered in the next 24 hours but the next 24 hours has happened for me since the last 10 days. The fun part, their estimated delivery date was 25th august. They wouldn’t rely to your mails and if they do its a standard reply, as useless as it gets. If I could, I would have give it a negative rating. Oh and btw, STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCT!
Customer service is bad

Customer service is very slow and keep on extending the issue without providing resolution. They are fraud people. They cheated me robbed my money. If you buy from them then your money is lost.
Buy from same product from Myntra or AJIO they have very good customer care.
My biggest mistake is buying from NNNOW they are big fraudulent company in the world. No words to describe how terrible there company and how fraud they are.

App do not use had to use website to order. In addition they sending clothes with security tags on them. Big Hassle. Only option is to go into store which is not Possible during Covid, even exchange they say they are out of stock so only option is refund.
