I have a problem with Steptember

User reports:
No current problems

- The app does not show the daily total of activities.

- The logging tool for cycling does not allow logging of actual time, only in 15-minute increments.

- The alternate activity logging tool is highly variable and inaccurate.

- The app has server errors and does not allow login.

- The app keeps logging the user out.

- The app recorded steps twice.

- The app does not allow adding steps or activity on September 4th.

To resolve Steptember network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Steptember App
1. On android, goto Settings » Steptember » click [Force Stop]

Clear Steptember App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Steptember » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Steptember.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Steptember » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Steptember » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Steptember
