How to fix CardioBot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CardioBot app on iPhone
Update CardioBot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CardioBot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CardioBot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CardioBot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CardioBot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CardioBot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CardioBot App
1. On android, goto Settings » CardioBot » click [Force Stop]

Update CardioBot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CardioBot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CardioBot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CardioBot.

Fix CardioBot unable to contact server/ CardioBot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CardioBot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CardioBot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CardioBot
