Can’t log in

I’ve tried logging in to the app on both of my phones as well as my partner’s phone but just get an error saying “Server response is malformed or could not be parsed”. I raised a support ticket last week but have heard nothing from it.

Please fix ASAP!

Keeps logging me out and now it’s recorded my steps twice. Terrible app.

It is September 4th and the app is NOT letting me add steps or activity. It says it is too early. What a disappointment!
