App not working

Your app doesn't work with Android due to the Android issue everyone else is having. The app not working renders most of the features on my daughter's hoverboard worthless.

App doesn't connect at all

I downloaded the app to use with my Jetson scooter, but when it opens, it asks for permission to add location. I grant the access, but then it asks again, and brings up a list of apps in my settings to "change system settings," and Jetson isn't even on the list...? It just goes in a loop and will not launch the app, even though location has been granted! I have reinstalled many times, and even tried it on many phones.

Location not working. Can't go any further than asking to turn on location...even though it's on for the app.

Unable to open app as it says 'Please grant location rights to the app' I have an android phone and all location access has been given. I've seen a lot of negative reviews in regards to others having same issue. Please advice of a fix.

Hello! When in the app and I try to change the settings to beginner it just skips back to intermediate. I tried closing out the app and seeing if it changed but it’s right back on intermediate. I even tried reinstalling the app and still nothing.

Fix your app it's not working it keeps saying grant your location I've been doing this forever and it's not on the list either. Please help because I wanna use tour app

It keeps wanting location permission even after I've granted it and won't even get past this. I click ok and it takes me to change system settings screen and jetson app isnt even in list. App is useless otherwise. Ive even tried going into location in my settings and granting that way. I've actually granted yhe app everything and I still stuck on this.

The app ridejetson is not opening because location

The app keeps asking to grant location permission even though I already have. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it also but no use.

I download the ride jetson app and already allowed the location access but they keep telling me "Please grant location rights to the app" but I already make sure I have many times.

I need a app that works people, it's been months pick it up

When I tried to go login it says you need to grant location rights when I already have. I really want to use your app but it just won't let me in the app because it wants me to Grant location rights when it's already granted and if it's not it's not popping up. Please fix this. App not working need permission

Need to open this permission, otherwise it should be the use of the app.?? How can I fix this issue?

Jetson ride app, not loading.

App fails on Android 13 Pixel 6A with "Need to open this permission, otherwise it should be the use of software." I allowed all requested permissions.

App upon opening on Android shows the red hetson logo then pops up a screen that says " Need to open this permission, otherwise It should be the use of the software.

Battery Dies soon after charging. Beeping happens then it's drained.

Tried logging in multiple times however as I try signing in a message appears informing me that there might be a connection or server issue.. I continued trying over the course of a week, attempting to sign in every other day however the same message appears . It’s crazy how I bought the product last year and now it’s giving me issues. And due to the apps malfunction I can’t change the mph on the bike.

Yalls app sucks I’ve tryed everything to log into the app that y’all have listed and nothing work absolutely trash very disappointing considering the price I paid for this thing

it is not letting me sign in for the app

We just bought our Hoover board and the app won’t allow us to sign up or anything.

I have not used the app ikr the hoverboard one about 2 ish 3 years and I just recently found the charger and got the app back. When I I tried to sign in the app using Facebook like I think I did before it gives me a message saying that the app is not active and that the developer is aware of it and will be back soon. Trying to see when I will be able to use this again and if there is any round about ways to sign in.
