To start off the hover board or the hover boogie is great but RideJetson is to but the settings is bad and it won’t let me fix the speed and the steering force. When I change the steering The Tivitt he just stays like that for a moment and then it goes back to what it was like I want to step on it it just like goes one way and then it goes like the other like one has to go down my foot one for us to go down fishing down for make my foot uncomfortable then the other one goes backwards and then if you just want to stay there on the horrible year just like you put it in a spot turn it on and I let it go on the corner thing and then I was just randomly back up turn around and go everywhere whatever wants to now give me like three seconds to at least control it and then it won’t let me go to the one we put them it doesn’t from the other so RideJetson is very bad make a new app

Also get a life developers and realize you had one job and you failed the one job

As a app developer I know off the bat there is syncing issues if not app error issues not being resolved. Recently got the Jetson quest for my gf. But the color change feature does not work. Needless to say pairing and connecting the device doesn’t truly work properly either. The map battery icon doesn’t update to show any charge.

Please update and fix , this feature alone really separates you from many of the competition. But a buggy app like this is no good. At least so far RideJetson doesn’t crash. Meaning the errors are handled but you guys have no solution for it. Let’s go Jetson, get the developers working.

Alright to start this thing off. I got the Jetson Rave hoverboard. It rides like a dream. Super fun. Me and my girlfriend had a blast on it and she had it down packed in about 10 minutes. That’s before I downloaded RideJetson and discovered all the other stuff. On to RideJetson . It was working fine before I set up an account and connected it to my hoverboard, then it started randomly crashing. I’m guessing it has something to do with connecting to the hoverboard. Either way, I could atleast change colors (kinda) but I couldn’t adjust the speed and pressure sensitivity and all that jazz. I’m writing this review to let y’all know of my experience. If it gets updated and fixed up. I’ll add more stars.

Hoverboard works good mechanically. App hasn’t worked…ever. Since unboxing we’ve tried every tip or trick we could find online. You can connect via your phone’s Bluetooth to play music. Not using RideJetson . Using RideJetson this should “SYNC” so you can adjust speed settings, change the color of the lights, track distance and location. We wouldn’t know, but the box advertises these options. These help sell this vs. similar products and is what should set them apart. Would rather buy something else that likely cost less without these features. Being you can’t use those either way. Seeing past reviews going back at least a year Jetson doesn’t seem very concerned or the need to fix. Buy something else.

Wish I could change light color on my ION like they said I could. Also I want to be able to remove the 15 mph limiter. I also want to be able to adjust the acceleration because for an electric scooter that weighs 40 lbs with someone that weighs about 102 lbs I feel the acceleration is slightly lacking. In the future I want to be able to change lights, limiter, and acceleration. Please fix these things. I dislike how I can go up to 18 mph but get kicked down to 15 mph. Also anyone with an ION be careful of error 10 you lose all braking and acceleration. In the future please fix these things. My ride would be so much more enjoyable.

Just bought two of the Quest electric scooters for myself and my girlfriend. The scooter works great, but RideJetson doesn’t properly pair with the scooter. It keeps saying it’s a hoverboard and doesn’t show battery life but stays at 0% and we can’t change the light color as well. If RideJetson worked the way it’s suppose to, it would change the whole experience. But as of right now, I’m going to be generous enough and rate this 2 stars even though RideJetson did absolutely nothing for me. My iPhone 11 and my girlfriends iPhone 11 both got RideJetson but nothing.. please fix issue soon!

RideJetson continues to crash making it almost impossible to change anything. With the crashing it took me 5 mins to change one setting. Mind you phones are touch screen now and RideJetson opens in 3seconds. I must have clicked to open RideJetson atleast 100 times jus to click fast enough to change one thing before it crashed. If the crashes stop i give the board and RideJetson 5stars!! Overall not dissapointed on my purchase but i have never rode one and this is day 1 of having it. Thanks for RideJetson and the options, and i hope RideJetson gets fixed soon.

I called customer service and recalibrated the hoverboard, then deleted and reinstalled RideJetson , also clear cache on device. Works great now!
Go to settings, general, iPhone storage, find Ride Jetson app, click on it and Offload app, then delete app (from that screen). Go to App Store and download Ride Jetson app again. Load it up with default settings do not sign in. Make sure hoverboard is turned on, should automatically connect. Problem should be solved.

Ok so I got my Rave Extreme-Terrain Hoverboard two days ago or so and it’s good but the problem is In RideJetson it beeps loud if you change the light color even when you turn it on get on it and I would like that to be removed and it moves on its own from the way it’s balanced when you get off or turn it on and I got a Hover-1 hoverboard and it had a bit of the same problem but it’s good thanks for doing nice things for me -Koda Renfro. Hoverboard is incredible! Really awesome lighting and good functioning bluetooth for audio.. App CRASHES EVERY SINGLE TIME AFTER SECONDS OF OPENING!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 you can change the settings and set preferences but it crashes immediately after doing anything.. I uninstalled even after restarting my phone giving RideJetson a second chance to see if it would resolve the crashing issue.. I bought the most expensive hoverboard available on the shelf thinking ‘you get what you pay for’ with high hopes regarding RideJetson .. unfortunately that was NOT the case.. fix YOUR products app!! Might reconsider re-installing to get my money’s worth so i may use this product to its full capacity!!

The Jetson hover boards are amazing we love them but we downloaded RideJetson to change the mode out of beginners when we finally learned how to ride them I am very disappointed it does not work I was very upset that we paid a lot of money to this company and RideJetson won’t work but am still very pleased with hoverboards and the hook ups we really wish RideJetson would work to change the speed and some other things as well but really hoping y’all will fix this bug .

I love my Jetson Bolt. However, I cannot get RideJetson to stay up for longer than maybe 10 seconds before it crashes. I wrote to Jetson support and they said RideJetson should be updated in the next 2-3 weeks.

UPDATE 4/30: RideJetson was updated 2 days ago and now seems to be working fine for me. I was just able to go for a ride with no issues and RideJetson worked and stayed open the whole time.

The hoverboard is fine and great but RideJetson is constantly kicking me off RideJetson when I try to go an it or go on the light section and other sections it has and disconnecting towards the hoverboard and my iPhone XR is working fine RideJetson is the main problem but otherwise than that is fine. Hope this problem gets fixed:/

When I try to connect it does not connect when it has told me several times to turn on my hoverboard and it’s on, so maybe fix your dumb app, I really don’t know what was the point of making an app that pairs with hoverboards, etc. but then, it doesn’t work, no wonder it’s a scam, and people downloaded this thinking it was going to work, I feel bad for everyone else, your app is stupid and useless, no wonder you have low ratings, maybe work on your disappointment of an app, maybe it wouldn’t be a disappointment if it worked, so do something, smh.

Bought this for my nine year old daughter, she loves the hover board. The lights on the x10’s wheel stopped working after one day. RideJetson crashes and shuts down as soon as you try and make an adjustment to anything but the colors. Any time you make an adjustment on RideJetson a “hint” box pops up then crashes, so forget using all the extra stuff they plastered all over their box. Honestly, there a so many better boards for the money! Would not recommend this product. I hate writing reviews, but I felt this product deserves a review because it doesn’t work properly.

So if you have a z12 hover board all you need to do is select a random vehicle and then sign up or sign in then click the Bluetooth button in the top left corner, next make sure your hover board is on and you should see it pop up. This works for any jet vehicle that isn’t on the list. I give it four stars because the instructions that came with it were not clear.

I would have given this five stars, but I was disappointed to find out on the x10 you can’t change the lights above the lights you can actually change, or the lights above the wheels, I was very sad about this and I hope you guys can update RideJetson to where on the X10 you can change all the lights on the hover board, thank you for your time.

RideJetson is so great first it was easy to log in once you connect it it gives you what you riding on mine was rave and if you press the bottom button you can choose the color and you could edit them on problem, you should be able to choose your two own colors for the the rave to blink that would be so cool

My Jetson scooter was working okay when I first bought it; I saw the top speed it said was 18 and I could not get it to go over 11MPH (I only weigh 130 pounds). I didn’t mind, I was still happy with my purchase up until I was riding it to class and whilst I was crossing the road, the scooter came to a complete stop almost flying me over the handlebars. I thought I hit the break or something by accident, but then the scooter just continually beeped and showed a number on the screen. Now whenever I turn it on it just continually beeps and will not even move.

Got this for Christmas and I love it. I got the hoverboard and it works wonderfully. There is only one small issue kinda, it’s slow? It takes a while to login and stuff like that. Sometimes it doesn’t load information, but other that that great app.

RideJetson doesn’t work properly at all. I can’t even lock the bike cause I need a password that I never put in to lock it and I don’t have the password... I can’t change the speed of the bike. It is a Joke and I’m starting to question my decision to purchase a bike from this company when they can’t even fix an app that people have had a problem with for years...

So I learned that if you have the jetkart, you have to take it off the hover board to change the max speed/steering sensitivity etc. in order to get your settings to stay. The problem is that if I set the max speed at 4mph....it will still go at full power. Everything else worked great, front lights and Bluetooth speaker although it would be nice to be able to adjust and turn off the rear lights.

Why is it the X2 is not an option for RideJetson yet in the manual it states you need to set it up via RideJetson to change settings, lights, etc? The Bluetooth works fine and I can play music over the speaker, but RideJetson . cannot find the hoverboard. Likely because I had to choose an incorrect hoverboard when starting. Please get this fixed and I will be happy to change my rating! If not fixed than the hoverboard will be returned as I cannot change any of the settings. Thank you!
