Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RCI Radio app issues:

Force Stop the RCI Radio App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RCI Radio app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RCI Radio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RCI Radio App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RCI Radio app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RCI Radio.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RCI Radio » "Force Stop".
