An elegantly designed feature rich app that works seamlessly to allow you to organize, save and share any type of information from webpages to data and pictures to videos. It’s discovery function presents you (finally!) with helpful suggestions on your topic from this app community recommendations, completely anonymous. Cuts out all the clutter and saves you time and aggro. Kudos to the developers for adding the roll feature so you can share anything with friends or groups. Everything is geared toward privacy by default, and you decide what to share with your friends or coworkers. Bublup is masterfully designed to be your one stop shop for research, news, saving and sharing

I never write reviews. In fact this is the first I’ve ever written. Bublup is truly outstanding! It serves as my bookmark/web curation, file organizer, app wishlist, etc. It has every feature I’ve ever wanted, all in one app. Not to mention, IT’S FREE. The interface is so easy and well organized. I love that the developers are committed to providing the best app possible with timely updates. If you love visual bookmarks — Bublup is for you. If you love all-in-one apps for organization— Bublup is for you. I can’t praise it enough. Try it, you’ll love it.

As a Realtor, I often need to share a lot of photos. Bublup allows me to load all the photos and put descriptions. The image size is good. Then I have the option to send invites. I had a bank owned listing and lots of photos on the MLS but it was a historic house so there were a lot of extra photos to show details. I was able to invite so many prospective buyers and other Realtors the expanded group of photos. Great App.

What can I say, crunchbase doesn’t know half of it because Bublup is saving me hours of productivity, email long exchanges, being a research queen, and lastly, it looks a built a website for my colleagues.

I can see Bublup do crazy things, which I won’t reveal...but their “roll-ups” and their premium costs ( 10 bucks a month) gives you 3 domains!!! That’s the best kept secret!

Please, if you’re a boss trying to scale, scale with this app! They will take care of you.

Thank you guys for creating a practical app that creates order in my chaotic phone and life. I don’t always have my iPad or MacBook with me and I have a pretty complicated life of files, photos and documents. I find I’m always needing to create, manage or organize files that I’d like to keep in arms reach. I’ve only begun to learn my way around Bublup and I’m excited to see what other great treasures it offers. I just wish I had time to have explored it more and to be able to write more detail here. But, let me just say, it appears this is the great app I’ve been hoping someone would create to help me stay organized. And, it’s also fun to work on. Thank you.

There is not a day that goes by where I don't use this app. I've used Bublup since the start of the pandemic and it has been a life savor both on Windows and iOS. It's very easy to collect, categorize, and search for any form of data imaginable! It's internal and external search capabilities are unparalleled. PLUS, it's capable of converting your data into very attractive mini-web pages, links and landing pages!

I’ve been using this app for a year now and it’s replaced multiple other notes, collaboration, and organization apps that I used to switch between. As a content creator (video and writing), this app helps me collect ideas and research, organize projects, and share/promote/distribute them when they’re done. I don’t know of another app with so many features. I’m glad I stumbled upon it and use it daily. If you give it a try, you’ll probably be hooked, too!

I LOVE Bublup!! The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have enough FREE storage space. So I can’t put all of my pictures and videos on it like I would like too. It would be absolutely perfect if I could have ALL of them on it. But besides that, I love it and highly recommended it!! 💯 💯 💯 It’s nice how I can keep them all organized! And I absolutely love how I can add people to certain files so they can also see that file. And if I give them permission then they can also add to it. Very cool!!!!! 5 stars from me!!

I have been using this app since it was first available.
I can store and find anything quickly and since it is very visual I can easily see what I have stored. You can set up a folder for Household and have folders inside for;

House - Mortgage, insurance, renovation plans, when maintenance was done (by who and cost) appliance purchase date & cost

Family - A sub folder for each person for pictures, education, friends lists, medical information (allergies, prescriptions)

Auto - make and model, vin#, maintenance

Garden - what’s planted, fertilizer schedules,
Cooking - recipes, new appliance wish lists

Vacations - pictures and travel information, wish list for next vacation

There is literally no end to what you can do!! And folder can be shared, a roll can be made with all of the pictures from a vacation and shared.

I have only been using Bublup for a little over a month now, and I’m sure I haven’t begun to unlock its full potential. I can say though that I use it to organize and upload inspirational posts to Facebook. The Roll feature makes it a breeze to share a whole presentation. There are others that share things too like tips on making the best photos with your phone... lots of very helpful stuff. Emails with helpful hints and suggestions. Like I said though, I’m sure I’m just getting started.

I figured this would just be one of those occasionally used apps, but it’s turned out to be much more. It’s a *great* place for me to store info temporarily until I get around to it. I still keep my more permanent files locally and in backup locations in the cloud.

Strengths: Multi-platform is the big one, no matter what device I’m using. Quick. Intuitive interface, easy to use. Tight integration with OS. Nice display. Handles multiple file types seamlessly.

Limitation (not weakness): Its visual interface — a strength —takes up a lot of space on the screen.

Security: Unknown as yet. Two-factor authorization for sensitive files would be nice.

Bottom line is that it’s a keeper. The 3 GB in the free version is enough for my use. But if this were my primary filing system, the fee for the paid version with more storage would be well worth it.

I used Bublup when it first came out when I was the director of the California Physical Education Workshop. The participants used Bublup to share photos, videos, websites and favorite PE apps. Some of my presenters used it to give additional resources to participants, and I was able to have an easily available folder of information available to everyone that I could add to or update at anytime. Now I’m using it for my quilt guild and even made a roll to share a “virtual quilt show” when our show was cancelled due to COVID. I’m still seeing possibilities. Awesome app.

I absolutely love Bublup. I never ever write reviews but Bublup needs to be known about! It simplifies my to-do list, sparks creativity, helps me share photos with my family with the roll feature and most importantly it gives me a place to put all of the stuff I love on Pinterest and insta in one place until I know what I’m going to do with those ideas instead of crowding my photo rolls with screenshots and my notes with random ideas. This streamlined things and makes life much easier. I work at Verizon and while setting up my customers phones I always recommend they download Bublup. Cheers!

this app is excellent! This is my most used app and has a permanent spot on my home screen! As an interior designer, I am consistently saving and sharing folders with my clients to review designs, floor plans, webpages, and inspo. photos. Bublup allows me to effortlessly collect and share all of my docs in an instant. With this app’s vibrant visual design, presentations and other important docs can easily be viewed, sorted, and managed. Per admin approval, anyone on the team can securely access, retrieve, store, and share any document across all devices - providing key flexibility. this app provides a place for all my business content and so much more!

OK, what I love about Bublup, is that now I have a convenient place to save things that I find on the Internet. Previously I would text the link to myself or send an email to myself, but that didn’t work well. The texts would be lost among other texts. Emails, well I have way too many emails already in my inbox and again the links I sent just got lost. Now I have a convenient place to save information whether it’s recipes, gift ideas, travel information or any number of things. It’s wonderful and I love it. I’ve been recommending it a lot to people I know. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

So far I like everything about Bublup! Easy to use, works consistently and reliably between platforms and just makes a whole bunch of things you rather not have to manage VERY easy. Having the ability to keep all subject matter in ONE place is huge for me. Bookmarks, files and pictures are no problem, they drop immediately into where I want them. I have eliminated a lot of searching multiple places to find related info. Using your own pictures for folders is great because I can find images that mean something to me and quickly allow me to scan what I want. Great job!

this app has connected my staff to new material in my company. It’s an easy to use platform, user friendly and fun colors to help organize all my curriculum. I love how I’m able to save links just with one click and sort any new find into a previous folder I created. It’s been my number one tool I use to help me stay organized. There is no comparison to this app. I prefer this app over Google Docs any day.
All my staff loves it! I can easily share any folder and select who I want to have access to specific documents.

This is the greatest ap... It allows you to keep everything important in one place (with you at all times). Lose your wallet and can’t remember all the credit card phone numbers and ID numbers? - this app. Need to keep pictures of receipts for taxes?- this app. Need to save birthday ideas for Family (and not have them find it open in a browser on your computer?- this app. Want to get ideas for things that you may be interested in based on web pages that you have saved?- this app. Need to share a bunch of PDFs, PPTs, Word Docs, etc?- this app. Don’t want to share these things with everyone in the world (or do, it is your decision)?- this app.

I’ve been waiting a long time to find an app like this. Currently I use Dropbox and Pinterest and so many other apps. Combining all my data into one platform has helped me get so organized . I’ve also had so many issues sharing information, whether it be size restrictions, or just too much effort. The group folders have been awesome. My sister and I have elderly parents so we have been able to consolidate all of their medical information, and personal information and share it with each other. I recently sent an invite for my son’s birthday using the roll feature this app offers, which is like a free website. Strongly recommend!

Update: I recently dealt with the support team due to an issue with the images loading. They were absolutely amazing to work with! Always got back to me quickly, always pleasant and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taken care of. It really made me think highly of Bublup overall. They really care about making sure their users are happy.

This is such a cool idea! So attractive and nice to look at, so versatile. It’s kind of like Evernote, Pinterest, and Pocket rolled into one. I’m having so much fun with this.
